I can't recommend this place highly enough! The owners are so friendly. They called as soon as I made my booking to confirm the details of the trip. On the day of our arrival they called again to check about our arrival time. The place is so beautiful and comfortable. Honestly the bed is comfier than my own! We had...

Our first B&B experience. A hundred year old farm house in a peaceful rural setting in open countryside and pastoral scenery. Malcolm and Carrie were very welcoming and gracious hosts. We had the MacFarlane room which was quite large with a four poster queen bed and a sitting area by a bay window. The ensuite was quite small but still...

This was our first visit to PEI and we only had 3 days to see the whole island. We decided to stay at the Briarcliffe Inn as it is in a good location to visit the North Cape and central areas. The island is beautiful but the only issue was that we didn't allow ourselves enough time to just relax...

This was a great location for access to the central and west side of PEI. Beautiful house in a very peaceful and quiet setting, great owners, lovely 2 course different breakfast each morning. Would love to go there again.

We spent three nights at Briarcliffe at the end of July. Malcolm and Carrie are great hosts. The house is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The gardens - including the pigs - are fabulous! Breakfasts were a real treat - with local produce and home-made specialities. The service is very personal and nothing was too much trouble. As hosts, they...

What a wonderful part of our weekend getaway. The hosts, Carrie and Malcolm, were incredibly welcoming and ready to help, all while giving you the peace and quiet you're looking for. On top of that, the food is delicious! Freshly prepared with all the coffee and tea we could drink. They also accommodate to allergies, diets, favourites, etc. if you...

We spent 2 very enjoyable nights here. Carrie and Malcolm are warm, welcoming hosts. They are there if you need hem but are not constantly in your face...if you want to be left alone you will be. This definitely a rural setting...its about a 10 minute drive to the nearest restaurant. The grounds are great...lots of outdoor seating and some...

This is a beautiful place with nice and comfortable rooms. Carrie and Malcolm are the most helpful hosts and most informative of all activities and itineraries on PEI. And the home cooked breakfast that changes every day is worth the stay on its own. We would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at the Briarcliffe Inn for 3 nights in August. We had the family suite on the top floor. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and got the day rolling. My kids loved feeding the pigs in the morning. We left every morning around 8:00 AM and returned around 8:30 or 9:00 PM. The Inn is...
