This is a lovely little gem of a guest house. 1. They have an excellent tour programme....franklin took us to the boiling lake and he was the best guide for motivating us and telling us about the plants, geography, history...... Angus took us to the river tubing and cooked us a meal of fresh crab in the rainforest he was...

No matter you are on your honeymoon, family trip or backpacking, this is the go-to place to stay if you are around the northern Dominica island. I was on a tight budget so I asked the owner, Nora, who is always very friendly, if I can stay under one of the huts in their property with my hammock (you are...

We stayed here whilst walking the Waitukubuli Trail (end of Segment 6/start of segment 7) and it was a perfect oasis. The little nature bungalows are split into two self contained rooms each with a veranda and a hammock and makes the most perfect spot for relaxing. The rooms don't have air conditioning but do have a big fan which...

This staff was very friendly and helpful, this including the guides as well!! And the food was ok. They have a lot of tours to choose between and its easy to travel with the local busses. The natur bungalow was ok but nothing spectacular. A nice location close to the rainforest.

My family stayed here recently and loved it. The meals were delicious, the property was lovely and our room was nice. The only things we were expecting but didn't have were A/C and in room wifi. Please note that the room was fairly cool and there were fans. Also wifi was available where we we had to go for meals....

I spent four lovely nights at Hibiscus Valley inn in March. At first I was simply mesmerized of how incredibly lush and beautiful Dominica is. Everywhere is green. The inn is nestled in a valley a short distance from the airport. We were given a room around the back. Not being a picky traveler I was pleasantly surprised by the...

i have never been the sort of traveler who goes on exotic vacations simply to drink cocktails by the pool. if you are a like-minded traveler, then hibiscus valley inn is probably the place for you, too. while there is not a pool available, it's just a short walk across the street to a lovely river where one can take...

We booked for just one night to avoid an early morning long trek to Melville Hall Airport. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and over the road there is a very refreshing river flowing. The hotel has 3 dogs who took it upon themselves to show us the way to the river after welcoming us on our arrival. Located...

I stayed there for 1 week. The island was a paradise in heaven with its nature and I couldn’t pick a better place to stay.. Lovely natural food, happy people working at hibiscus welcoming me. The nature bungalow that I stayed in was fresh and clean. When I wasn’t out on the adventures hikes, I stayed and just relaxed in...

I stayed 2 + 1 night at Hibiscus and enjoyed myself. The huts and common areas are of high quality (Swedish standard) and were very competitively priced 55 USD/night (low season though) whereas the food was a bit more pricey albeit tasty and large servings. Manager Mrs Norun (a fellow Swede!) and her staff were very helpful and assisted with...
