What a delightful find. Our first time at this fabulous B&B but most certainly not our last. The charming hosts have thought of everything to make their guests very comfortable including a warm welcome, a fabulous guest room with lots of 'little extras' and of course, a scrumptious breakfast. We were made to feel special from the moment we entered... More

We have stayed at Stoneborough House several times before and have always been happy there. It is a large Edwardian house, set back from the road, with ample parking space. The atmosphere is of quiet elegance, with spacious, beautifully furnished, rooms. All three bedrooms had good ensuite facilities, which were certainly not Edwardian. The rooms and the areas we saw... Stoneborough House proved to be a brilliant choice for our 5-night stay this week. Kathryn was an excellent host, our room (Wisteria with an extremely comfortable king size bed) was spacious, spotless and well-appointed. The en-suite bathroom was fine. Breakfasts were the best we have experienced in any B & B. We recommend Stoneborough very highly.

We chose Stoneborough House B&B for our 5-day holiday in Budleigh-Salterton and it was simply wonderful. Our room was large, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Kathryn and George are the most friendly hosts. They took their time talking to us, giving recommendations for places to visit nearby and simply made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was so divine, with... More

My wife and I make regular trips to Budleigh to visit my parents. Surprisingly this is the first time we had stayed at Stoneborough House. What a wonderful B&B; excellent comfortable accommodation, fantastic breakfasts with lots of different homemade jams. Kathryn and George are wonderful hosts. Well worth a visit.

We stayed there for two nights in the Wisteria room in early August. The room was very relaxing to be in - and quiet. Kathryn is lovely, friendly and welcoming and arranged a taxi for us (which turned out not to be as easy as it sounds) for a family get together in Exmouth. The breakfast was delicious and the...
