Detailed Reviews
This has the potential to be one of the best places you will never stay. The location and the surroundings are amazing, meaning you wake up to beautiful views every day. The domes are great, spacious and well equipped. The staff are lovely especially those at the bar and pizza oven. We were out of season which may account for some of the issues, such as slow responses from managers when we told them about damage to our dome. You can see a huge amount of work being done and the place will be amazing. We will be back in a few years.

Excellent time out from busy life! The suites are amazing! Breakfast service was wonderful! The view from our pod was breathtaking! We asked to do horse riding on the beach and reception was very happy to alternate times and dates due to the weather: I am very grateful for this service! The units are very clean and staff followed all hygiene protocol necessary. I am grateful for the time alone with my husband. The private walks, hikes as well as various other activities offered took my mind off a very challenging start to the year. The pizza restaurant on site is OUTSTANDING! The pizza and pasta was as delicious and fresh as true Italian cuisine.

Room Tip: Ask for a pod off the main road for extra tranquility. Pre-reserving restaurants is optimal.

Lovely place and a relaxing few days. There's limited things to do so I wouldn't recommend a break for much longer, but there's always the option of exploring the local surroundings, beaches and villages. There's also some nice areas for kids to play and several lakes to swim in if you don't mind sharing with the local snakes.
Before the visit we were told we had to re-arrange our dates because they'd booked the entire reserva out exclusively, which was obviously disappointing. We booked to stay a day later but unfortunately had to leave a day early, which the staff very kindly refunded.
Both on site restuarants were closed for 2 of the 3 days we were there (we were informed a day before arrival), although one of them opened last minute (although the food was very averge).
The top restaurant near the bio pool was excellent, good value and all staff on site were very friendly and approachable and made the trip very relaxed and comfortable.
The breakfasts were great and an order for 3 people fed 6 of us - delivered to your door.
The premium dome house had everything we needed and the views were spectacular.
This was our 2nd visit and we'd happily return.

A family night that could actually have been two. Upon arrival we were welcomed in the reception, friendly and attentive staff who even made themselves available to lock our room for a possible second night. We stayed in the house of the lake, the view is incredible and the house is very clean and comfortable with everything that is necessary but if you go with small children ATENTION it is not practical to walk inside the heritage, the spaces alluding to children are far away and must always walk by car...There is only a swimming pool where it is comfortable to swim, the rest have frogs and water snakes (there are those who care and not but it is always good to emphasize). The pool bar/ restaurant has no meals for the middle of the day, snack/snack...the very cost and as we were with our 4-year-old daughter there they provided us the covert, but it was not easy. When we finish our ‘lunch’ we ask to reserve a table for dinner. I had already disadvised the restaurant Pizzaria Maggi do Foggo Bistrô but as the other restaurant was closed due to the risk of fire in the country we had no choice...There were two employees, little experienced, we asked for Reservation for 19:30 to which we shrink our shoulders and ask if it can not be at 19h because they open at this time or at 20h, this justifying with the fact that the other reservations are at the right time and so we all arrived at the same time. Now, we have another 4-year-old child with months, realize that logistics is not easy and still try to choose our dinner time? We asked to reserve a very nice table next to the alpendre but in the corner because it would be comfortable to place the cart to which we respond that can not guarantee the table because there are people who arrive earlier and may want that table... regrettable we are in a hotel / Reservation like that and face us with a miserable service where the employees respond to us shrinking our shoulders and turning their eyes when we try to make just a Reservation. A place without a doubt not to return!

myself and my partner are utterly shocked at the way the owner spoke to us after the gates closed leaving us locked inside. Appalling service, learn how to treat guests. Very rude, unpleasant man, we had come to see this location for a two week trip which needless to say we will not be spending here nor recommending

Beautiful outdoor space, infinity pool, swimming is not allowed, few chairs, no shades (hats), during the week I was there, there was a power outage 4 times, one of the times it was at 8pm (dinner time) we returned to have electricity at 9.45 pm (the project does not have a generator that would allow it to be habitable in these situations (we were also left without water as the water was pumped from a borehole), employees without answers and without knowing how to open the gate to access the reserve ,
Inside my Melides Eco suite, there was no old fire blanket (only the first aid box) with expired products.
Clogged shower. Very well spoken staff, but no answers.
With all the inconvenience caused by these situations, there was no attention or apology.
Breakfast cost €16 per person, bread packaged with a shelf life of 1 year, cake packaged with a shelf life of 6 months, cheese, ham….packaged in plastic (Being an Eco resort, it would be expected not to use plastic.
For the amount charged, there should have been more rigor with customers.

Spectacular place to "recharge" your energy 🔝. We stayed in a house with a "Premium Dome House" and we have nothing to complain about. The restaurant next to the infinity pool sells pizzas, and the prices are inappropriate for the quality presented (3 pizzas €48 😱), we didn't try the other restaurant. The indoor pool is air-conditioned, and on cold days it is to be forgotten 😔 (cold along the way and cold where the pool is). In short, the place is pleasant with spectacular views, making it a good destination for rest.

What an amazing weekend! We stayed 3 days in a dome house. The dome was exquisite. Both of us as a couple had already stayed in a dome in a trip to Jordania and we wanted to take the kids to experience it, and I have to compare the extraordinary quality that reserva alecrim has. The domes have a beautiful decor where you feel at home in a rustic, elegant space. The breakfast is delicious and is a great experience. Fresh bread & croissants, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, cake, jams, orange juice, cheese and ham and prosciutto. All incredibly delicious and extremely fresh and just baked. The kids were delirious and so were we! The views and activities are so good that we did not even leave the resort to do other things. First time this happens! The two restaurants were also exquisite with food for the children and some elaborate combinations for us adults, that love a good twist and rich combination of flavours, chef’s style. It gave us the perfect combination at a very good price. And last but not least, the sweetest team that took care of us, mainly me who in the first day twisted my ankle. I have to say that even hurt they made my weekend perfect! For sure Will come back and bring family & friends. Thank you all for treating us so well!💚

We spent one night in this quirky hotel and enjoyed our stay
The accommodation is very pleasant and original, very spacious canvas domes with a magnificent view, large wooden terraces all around and parking.
The environment is superb, there are 3 swimming pools, 1 heated indoor and 2 outdoor, including an ecological one with the bonus songs of the frogs which are very numerous there. Many places to relax and enjoy the sun, four-poster beds, deckchairs, games for children, lakes….
Everything is nicely decorated and the staff is very good.
We recommend the breakfast delivered to the terrace, plentiful and delicious.

Positive: the space itself is very pleasant, the pools, the stunning view of the domes and the infinity pool.
Negative: dust everywhere. In dry weather it is impossible not to get covered in dust on a simple walk. We stayed in a deluxe dome for 4 people (2+2) and I think charging €35/night more because one of my children is over 12 years old, sleeping on exactly the same mattress as if he were younger, is incomprehensible, especially because it didn't include breakfast.
The indoor pool actually did not have heated water and there was no shower (people wash the dust they bring on their bodies in the pool).
