I loved the tranquility of the park but the woman in the office is a snake. A cut snake to be exact. A bitter old woman with nothing nice to say. I won't be going back there only because of her. Time to change management. Ill be letting friends know about this place and the woman in the office it's not a good look for the park people should treat people with respect and this woman doesn't act happy at all.

I'm not too fussy when it comes to accommodation and caravan parks. Taylorwood Tourist Park takes the cake! Never in my life have I seen a more run down, decrepit, shitpit of a shanty town! It was built in 1990 and clearly has had no maintenance since then! I'm shocked it hasn't been closed down! The road, caravan sites are all uneven and crumbling. Everything is in disarray, it's a total shambles. It needs knocking down and starting again. We paid for 3 nights and only stayed 1. We couldn't get out of there quick enough.

Response from Rogin Taylor, Owner at Taylorwood Tourist Park
Responded 24 Nov 2023
Usually those who write bad reviews when so many others write wonderful rave reviews is because they have probably been asked to leave or thrown out as a result of bad behavior, loud music, off their med and they need to retaliate for being evicted.

Only 20 aud for powered site, very helpful owner and only 20mins from Arlie Beach. If you are traveling with campervan I definitely recommend this place. Showers, toilets and washing machine available for free and a kitchen with everything you need for prepare your dinner!
You have to have in mind that the owner is a old man taking care of the whole area himself, be nice and remember to treat the place like your own!
10/10!

We stayed 2 nights and wished we had longer. Lovely campground. Owners really nice and helpful, even gave us a hand with a puncture! Two lovely dogs who accompany you to the toilet in the night. Hot showers and well equipped camp kitchen. Please clean up after yourself and help keep this a great spot.
