We stayed here 3 nights to enjoy the "Man in the Iron Mask Festival" which the central location is ideal for. We would like to have tried the restaurant, but the breakfast was the worst we had this whole trip, which put us off. We enjoyed the room facilities which were clean & had a kitchenette which was handy to...

Websites translating from different languages does not always work very well. On arrival, we parked in the public spaces in front of the hotel but was delighted to discover that the hotel had free parking spaces behind the hotel (wast given small map on how to access the area). The Front Desk Person was super friendly and extremely helpful. Pinerolo...

Don't like to say awful things in reviews but alas this is one of those. The lady in charge was perfectly nice and friendly. However, the rooms are awful. Shower dreadful. Overall, a run down place and would avoid. Close to town centre but that is it.

Nice hotel in "Agatha Christie" style. We were met with elder lady, the owner, who did speak Italian and French only. Hotel and the rooms were clean, stuff very helpful. Unfortunately Regina´s restaurant is closed on Mondays, and thus we could not taste it´s Italian gourmet food, which is recommended to be very good on high level.

On our way to Provence from the Cinque Terre, we booked demi-pension at this hotel because it had a restaurant attached which the Michelin indicated would be a pleasant experience. The staff greeted us pleasantly and showed us to our room. We had not expected a palace - the room rate was very reasonable - and it was clean and...

We ended up at Hotel Regina after finding the B and B we booked was too far from town. The owners are at the hotel often, and all employees are extremely helpful. The breakfast is quite comprehensive in the European tradition. The hotel is a bit "tired" hence not five stars, but the rooms are very clean, and the bed...

What a lovely, charming hotel. Friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Efficient ceiling fan, it was over 30 degrees C and we were worried because there was no air con. We needn't have worried as the ceiling fan managed to keep it cool enough for us. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom very small but serviceable. Breakfast excellent.

This is a charming hotel and yes the parking lot in the back is narrow, but a got a larger sedan mercedes into it just fine. You will definately be taken back in time at this hotel, but spend any time in Pinerolo and it fits right in. The owners, family run, couldn't be nicer or more helpful, we asked...

I was in Pinerolo with my wife. The staff was very very kind and always smilling. This was incredible. They have a parking lot behind the hotel and I found this a very good point because it isn't so easy to park in that part of the city. The bathroom was ok. The problem is that the stairs were so...
