Although the hotel is not within walking distance of Sorrento itself the quiet location with wide open public spaces to chill out, more than makes up for it. Visited 31 March until 7 April. There's a free shuttle service that's operates from the from the front of the hotel into Sorrento at regular intervals. The hotel facilities more than matched...

We arrived on 31st March for a 10 day holiday and loved every minute of it. The Italian staff are excellent, helpful, courteous and extremely efficient - nothing is too much trouble. The food was fantastic and waiter service in the evening made the experience even better . The hotel is situated in a beautiful location , lovely modern rooms and...

A fabulous holiday in a great location. The staff could not be more helpful and they looked after me at every mealtime, making sure everything was safe for me to eat. The choice and standard of food was excellent. The on site spa offers very good treatments and is a lovely addition to the holiday experience. We used the hotel...

Booked a weeks stay from 31 March to 7 April. First impressions were great. Glass of prosecco on arrival and luggage and check in was a breeze. Was shown to lunch at the poolside bar which has fabulous views over the bay. Couple of minus points...room was too hot but air con is not turned on until May. Also found...

We returned home from this hotel yesterday. We were aware of the problems in the previous week but we could not fault the food, cleanliness or service of the staff. It seems there were some plumbing problems as the water pressure did fluctuate and on our last evening the water went off for an hour or so. The strengths of...

What a beautiful hotel this is, the facade as you approach tells you how lovely this hotel is going to be. We were welcomed with a glass of cold prossecco and a canopè and lots of warm smiles. The check-in process took no more than a few minutes and we were then whisked off to lunch down by the pool,...

We visited during the notorious week of 24th-31st of March2017. We were a party of 4. The arrival at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were really welcoming with glasses of prosecco and nibbles as we arrived. The staff took care of check in for us, no standing in a line, and we went in for a delicious lunch. On...

Wife and I arrived at this wonderfully located hotel and were totally unaware there had been a sickness dilemna week before. When booking in we did sense a muted atmosphere as staff were 'on edge', morale obviously affected by their situation. Still oblivious we toured the grounds and were impressed with all we saw. Upon entering main restaurant for our...

Agree entirely with Anniemac02, the bug was passed around by guests not following basic hygene. We sat near the restaurant door and watched numerous people walk past the hand sanitising gel, go to the buffet, pick things up with their fingers, change their mind, put the food back and select something else!!!!!! This was one of the party who had...

We arrived on the 24th March and departed on the 31st March. On first impressions, the hotel seemed good and the hotel staff were kind and courteous. The heating in our room couldn't be turned off, so sleeping was difficult. There was a strong smell of drains in the washroom. My wife fell sick on our third day with vomiting...
