The Vanoise hotel has a wonderful spa for 15 euro entry. The spa consists of a pool, jacuzzi overlooking the mountains and Peisey ski lift, steam room, sauna and the most incredible massage chairs. These massage chairs will reset your mind soul and body.
All very clean and modern, I would recommend an afternoon at the spa.

Our group stayed here last March and loved it. This hotel has one of thebest positions on the Alps. You get to ski Les Arcs and La Plagne. The rooms are a good size, the food spot on and the staff and management efficient, business like and hospitable.

This hotel has a great location right on piste just up-hill from the Vanoise Express lift, and is a very comfortable spot for a traditional hotel skiing holiday. Breakfast is very good, and dinner nicely presented. For a small extra charge the dinner can be up-graded for local specialities, very good value. The rooms are simple pine clad rooms but with superior fabrics in evidence. The bar is very pleasant (and busy at lunch-time). The swimming pool complex is very new and impressive. All the staff were very professional and helpful, and whilst la patron does not go out of her way to get to know you we found her perfectly pleasant and clearly focussed on mananging a very nice hotel.

Arrived for our booking. Room cramped and bathroom not well cleaned, several hairs from others evident. Great location and food good but no choice of menu. Staff not always the most interested. Shower went hot to cold. No working WiFi most of the time. Not up to standard we expected. Did not use pool etc as need to walk through bar in robe to get there.

We only spend one night in this hotel before starting à one week holiday at the Club Med. Even though we were in the middle of thé school holidays this was no problem. The owners and their staff are extremely friendly.
The rooms are simple but nicely decorated and nothing is missing. The restaurant is very nice too and the food is good.
All in all a very nice adress, perfectly situated on the slopes.

Family run hotel right next to the ski runs in Peisey. We had a south facing bedroom at the front of the hotel with a balcony and it was very comfortable. Half board meant we had breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of things to eat including some fabulous fresh bread and good coffee. Dinner was the star attraction for us. We had a fabulous 4 course meal each evening - starter, main course, cheese and desert. High quality food and solid French cooking. Wine is extra and there was a good selection at reasonable prices. The ski lockers are in the basement and the ski run down to the Peisey lift is just a few metres away. You can't get more ski in/out than this. The staff were brilliant and made us feel very welcome.

A rustic 3 star Hotel with 4 star food and service and 5 star location, travelled to Landry by TGV train then took a Bus close to the Hotel returned by taxi. Travelled with my teenage at February half term door to door skiing very good leisure facilities and large swimming pool, hot tub/jacuzzi with a fantastic view of the mountains and ski slopes.good food and very good breakfast.
No night life in the area but after a days skiing, swim 1 hour in the hot tube, a good meal with a few glasses of wine no problem sleeping. Will be back next year.

The Chalet hotel has leisure facilities which gives it the edge over places if you want to use a pool and sauna. The location is good as it is right next to the lift. Note there is only one lift out of the village and it can get very busy as people coming over from La Plagne have to get the same life as you and hundreds of people can turn up at once.

Rooms are comfortable. Food is very varied and very French i.e not many vegetable - lots of cheese. In our experience the staff were not that friendly although they did deal with any queries we had, albeit reluctantly. There is a small bar and the food at lunchtime is better than the evening. Note this is not a chalet hotel i.e no afternoon tea of free wine with dinner.

We would recommend Hotel La Foret in Vallandry over this hotel both on the basis of quality of food, friendliness and location.

This hotel has everything you could wish for in a ski resort... a warm welcome, pleasant and attentive staff, comfortable rooms, good food, etc. Located right on the slopes so access is easy. It has a great spa with all the usual facilities. Most of the rooms face south with balconies and great views into the gorge between les Arcs and la Plagne and to the mountains either side.

We are very fond of this hotel which has seen some recent refurbishment with the addition of a small "spa" and a lift. The rooms are simple, traditional, clean and pleasant. We favour those with a balcony but they are a bit more expensive. There are other cheaper ones on the other side of the hotel. There is a daily maid service and the only downside is that the rooms are getting a little faded and the towels a bit thin.

It is in a good location at the bottom of the piste and you can ski right over to it so long as there is enough snow left. It's not a luxury hotel but it is charming, well run and has nice staff, you are not paying for expensive bells and whistles and it feels like good honest fare. The restaurant is good, does good value lunches and dinner is a set meal, simple but with a delicious cheese board. You can upgrade for a fondue or raclette. The restaurant is very warm and welcoming with the traditional red and white Savoie decor. If you don't finish your wine they will keep it aside for the next day but you have to ensure your napkin lasts you the entire week! There is a nice little bar and a table tennis outside. You could also enjoy an outside pool in the hot summer months.
