Perfect 3-night stay. Before arrival, we were in contact with the hotel who arranged the right sort of room set-up for us, arrival times were confirmed and lift passes were waiting for us. Our room was ready and perfect for us. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient, and we were able to use the luggage room and shower rooms on our departure day which extended our time on the slopes. Bar service excellent, we didn’t try the the pool though. Breakfast is good, the usual continental stuff. We only used the evening restaurant once and the food was good but we chose to try a few of the local restaurants on other nights. We felt very welcome throughout. Only downside was the lack of parking and trying to park the hire car somewhere in the village on a French holiday week, but we eventually found somewhere. We will definitely return here. Thanks to all the staff.

Cosy hotel on the slopes & near the lift. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable lobby & bar. Clean rooms. Only disappointment and not quite satisfactory- the food included. Breakfast could be more rich and dinner lacked in choice and options.

It was my first ski in 6 years and from before my visit to while staying the help given was excellent. The food offered was super with great produce. Both reception and the restaurant teams were so friendly. I felt very welcome as a solo traveller.
Thank you.

Our memories of skiing were made especially memorable due to the superb service at the Hotel Émeraude . The owners and staff are top notch. From arranging our ski packages, rentals, taxi, etc. We were very well attended to. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. A great place to call home base after a day of skiing. our room was comfortable and very clean. The availability of the pool and hot tub is another great asset. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to plan their next ski adventure.

It is very good hotel! We've spent to 2 weeks per ski seson and were absuletely sutisfied! I pointed out below key adventures oh the hotel.

1. Staff is qualified and open for assistence, from Owners to Cleaner ladies.
2. Rooms are clear and cosy.
3. Cuisine is nice and veeeery delicious.
4. Location very close (by ski) to elevators Grizzly and Peisay Vallandry.
5.Prices are affordable/

I hardly recommend this hotel.

stayed here as a last min booking using booking.com, good communication with the hotel before arrival and everything in place for our stay. We only facilities we used was the pool which was fine for a bit of a stretch at the end of the day. Only room issue was the shower not fixed to the wall but there was plenty of hot water so not too worried. Wrong time of year to ski in/ski out, I value my skis so by the last day opted for a short walk up the hill to the slopes. Beds were comfy and no real noise to worry about.

Good value à la française. In other words, the price is good, the food is reasonable, the bathrooms are clean but barely functional (e.g. room shower didn't work) and with a few exceptions (2 of the dining room staff were outstanding), the owner and staff seem pretty much indifferent to customer service. There is free WiFi but they use a maddening 2-hour ticket system and the bandwidth is marginal. Better to go to Bar Mont Blanc next door and ask for the password. The "pool" and "Hammam" are a bit of an overstatement. It can be cheap, though, and the food is plentiful and deliciously basic. For a step up, consider la Vanoise perhaps...?

We've been visiting this hotel on and off since 1999. Cosy hotel, correct Savoyard cuisine, nice owners, skin in/ski out which is always amazing. Though a bit outdated (the hotel hasn't changed in 20 years), it has everything you need. Rooms are small but comfortable (and that's all you need on a ski holiday). The Les Arcs ski area is one of the best in the world, and the best slopes are located in Vallandry, right at your feet.

Me and my son stayed in hotel for a ski vacation and took half board.

The location is great. Real ski in/out with great ski room. You are right in the middle of the paradiski ski area and can chose each day if to stay on les arcs side or go to la plan area.
The rooms are basic but very clean and stuff does great job keeping it that way throughout your stay.

There is also a great Sauna and small swimming pull which is great for relax after long day.

Note that the dinner is fixed menu with different dish every day so if you dont like some kind of food make sure to ask at the reception and they will be happy to change it for you.

All the hotel stuff are really friendly and are always happy to help

The hotel is a great find ; really great food and a nice cozy bar. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The ski lockers and ski boot heaters were very convenient. The staff were exceptional.
