A well located hotel for the ski slopes of Flaine along with the shops, bars and restaurants of Flaine Forum. The room was a decent size, the décor may not be the most modern but had all the facilities you would expect. Most deals seem to be dinner, bed and breakfast or full board and the dining experience was a...

Le Flaine Hotel is excellent value for money and great location, approx 200 metres from the slopes. The food was also excellent with plenty of choice including free wine with evening meal. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and rooms are very clean and spacious with english TV. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Flaine as a ski resort is...

The hotel gives good value for the money. After reading previous reviews the rooms were better than we expected. We had family rooms with bunk beds. The only negative would be the bed was slightly on the small side as others have mentioned but comfy enough. Food was excellent, breakfast had more choice than expected with croissants, pancakes, boiled and...

Stayed at this hotel the first week of January 2015 as part of a package deal with Crystal. The hotel is basic but rooms are spacious and clean. All meals are served buffet style with plenty of choice for everyone. You will certainly not go hungry. Very good boot room with boot warmers and close to the slopes - about...

We stayed here Christmas 2014 and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly in all my dealings with them. The family rooms consisted of a double bed and a bunk bed and were pretty basic, but as you don't spend a lot of time if you are skiing , did not matter. There were plenty of...

I stayed at Le Flaine over Christmas week. First of all let me say that this is not a luxury hotel and does not pretend to be- but for what you pay, you get good value especially since if you're like me, you aim to spend most of your time on the slopes! The rooms are very dated but the...

Rooms are of basic quality, however the bed is comfortable and the shower is hot. Ski Room is good with heated boot warmers. Food is very low quality cold and not really appetising. Usual mountain Faye that can be either fantastic or dreadful, this is the latter. Eating out options in Flaine are basic at best, which is crazy due...

I read some of the other reviews before posting mine, and I think that perhaps people expect more from this hotel than what they are paying for. It is a basic 3 Star hotel, offers 3 star prices, and promotes itself as such. So you cannot expect 5 star people. I have been lucky enough to travel quite extensively &...

Rooms are very basic with beds coming up very short. Pillows also very lumpy. Make sure you ask for a room with a balcony. Location is good and a short 2 min walk from the slopes. Reception staff are not that friendly or helpful. The food is very good with a great selection of different food on offer. The staff...

The Flaine hotel suited our needs - we went for a week of skiing in February. It is perfectly located only a short walk from the slopes and ski lifts. The bedrooms are definitely basic and minimalist but your there only to wash and sleep in them. The great thing about this hotel was that we were full-board and breakfast,...
