Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautiful rooms - nothing much to complain about there although extra pillows would be appreciated. The village is delightful and are out and had a simply delicious meal. For the cost, breakfast should be included as it’s not readily available in the village. The hotel also lacks atmosphere in the evening with no restaurant open, few seats outside and the lights turned so low in the bar, it appears closed.

Have stayed a few times and this is a comfortable good value hotel relatively close to the centre of Nuits St George. The staff were friendly and helpful in terms of the most suitable room for us and the dog. Breakfast was pre ordered but also acceptable. The only issue is the closure of the restaurant. I hope this will change

Well, where to start.... The hotel was easy to find. Not every room has a bath and we had to ask to be moved because our first room only had a shower. We were told that their restaurant was closed until the Monday and when we asked to reserve a table for the Tuesday dinner, we were told that their restaurant was closed "indefinitely" !! I thought this as dishonest.

It is bigger than it looks outside. For us comfortable enough. Also walking distance to the city centre and free parking. The wifi was a bit slow for Nordic people but good enough to check emails. Sadly the restaurant is closed on Mondays.

Well located in the Burgundy wine region this place offers good accommodation in the centre of the village. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. However, the air-conditioning in the rooms would need an update

Well done Chef. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant L’alambic. Great starter of foie gras pate with brioche, followed by a juicy, flavoursome, tender steak with fresh vegetables. Sorbets are delicious. Such a change from previous visits! The hotel as always is welcoming, rooms clean and warm! Safe private car parking and so close to the Autoroute. Buffet breakfasts from 7am for an early start, are plentiful!

Another (our third this trip) great Logis hotel. Just off the motorway (A31) and just a few kilometres from the A6. Not far from the town centre. Good free parking behind hotel. Bedroom clean, comfortable and well-equipped. On site restaurant L'Alambic had a straightforward fixed price menu for 26€ pp. Not exciting but tasty, well-cooked regional food and glasses of Chablis, Marsanay and Nuits St Georges. A good place to stop over.

We always stay here on our way to and from our home in Switzerland. The hotel is very close to the motorway so is ideal as a stop off on a long journey! This will be our sixth year of staying in this hotel so that shows how much we like it! We are always welcomed by the staff, and given the same room each time! The hotel is dog friendly both in the hotel and the restaurant. It is only a five minute walk into the town centre, where there are numerous bars and restaurants. A simple buffet breakfast is served from 7am, juices, cold meats, eggs, pastries, croissants etc. Ample car parking on site. Give it a try!

We stayed overnight with two dogs. The staff were all first class. Very helpful. The rooms were OK, certainly good enough for a one night stopover with two muts. There is a small bar area which doubles up for breakfast in the morning. The wine selection in this bar is excellent and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good solid continental fare. It’s about a five minute drive from the motorway. The small town is a short five minute walk from the hotel where you will find a pretty square and a number of shops, cafes and bars. We bought pasties from one of the patisseries for the journey.

We booked this hotel and restaurant before reading TripAdvisor. Very happy to say we have good memories of both the hotel and the restaurant. The staff were very welcoming, the food good, and the room fine. We had a super dinner and were very well looked after, -all for a very reasonable price. Only complaint, the noise level is quite high -thin walls! You do not need me to tell you - local wines are excellent!
