We loved the place. The only problem was there is no lift. The way the resort is planned, i can understand that you cannot do a lift in each house. Those with health problems should ask for rooms on the ground floor and i am sure the helpful staff would do there best to help.

We had a lovely time at Cordial. My husband and I stayed in a double room and had a balcony and a lovely view of the mountain. The food in the restaurant was great and the staff were so friendly! They tried really hard with us even though we knew no German. We came to have a ski holiday and...

This was the 5th year in a row for us...spring, austria, mountains and very good hotel. Hotel combined with appartments in austrian style..with all the hotel facilities. Excellent breakfast with local cheese and ham and all the continental breakfast items...good to start the day with. Nice setting near achensee(lake with crystal clear water..very cold in spring!) but also small indoor...

The location is pretty out of the town, not close to any stores. So if you didn't drive there, you gotta walk a whole lot. However, it is not far from the bus stop. The room is quite nice, clean, and relaxing. The food is good, and they have great beer and wine. The staffs are friendly and nice.

A great family holiday experience. The rooms, we stayed in an apartment have all the comforts a family need. The food in the restaurant although set menu to choose from every night, was of a great quality. Staff extremely friendly, helpful and flexible and would go the extra mile to make all guests, even the smallest ones seem welcome. Very...

We arrived February 2015 with kids to ski. The 2 bedroom apartment was nothing special. It had small kitchen but we never cooked, kids slept on sofa. The bathroom was really in poor condition - it really needs renovation. The kids had TV in their room (living room) so we never used that to watch anything. The room's sound insulation...

We stayed at Cordial 21 Feb - 28 Feb 2015 for our 3rd time. All 3 visits for skiiing. We saw lots of familiar faces at the hotel showing many like us returning. We stayed on a half pension basis with a value arrangement for our 3 kids (age 6,7,9). We stayed in family suite with plenty space for us...

We stayed at Cordial 1st November 2014 and this was the last week before the annual closure. It was also a Seasons exchange. I loved the complex, typically Austrian with lots of cosy little bundles of autumnal flowers and pumkins everywhere. As we were two we expected a one bed apartment but were given a 2 bed apartment right behind...

We stayed here with my parents in a 2 bedroom apartment. My parents have stayed previously in a 1 bed apartment and really enjoyed it, hence why we returned. However the 2 bedroom apartment was no way near as good as the 1 bed apartments. The layout is odd, only 1 bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. There was only...
