We have just returned from our holiday in Zanzibar. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa at Baraza which accommodated our family of 5 in comfort and elegance. The beds are super comfortable! The entire property is perfectly maintained and very tasteful. The beach is of course lovely - the paddle boats, paddle boards & kayaks are available to use....

Baraza Resort & Spa was an absolutely beautiful experience for my partner and I. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is incredibly well done and delicious, and of course Zanzibar and the beach are beautiful. Generally when you think of buffet style dinners, you think bad food that has been sitting out all day. The breakfast is everything...

Met on arrival at Zanzibar airport by hotel transfer, nice comfortable 1+ hour ride through the island to Baraza on east coast. Quick and easy check-in, shown around resort and to villa by reception staff. Very clean, spacious, air-conditioned and quiet private villa with sea view (one row behind sea front villas, which are a little closer to the Indian...

Everything matches perfectly : a superb villa, great, tasty food and outstanding staff, from the gardener to the management level. Five days of attention and pampering. A real hide away, where nothing is left to chance.

I couldn't believe the beauty of this hotel. The food was terrific and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Sometimes when a hotel is all inclusive the food and amenities sometimes are lacking. In the case of Hotel Baraza everything was perfect . The villa we stayed in was gorgeous and right on the beach. Make sure to go...
