We stayed here for a night while driving through the South Island. First of all the host, Wayne, was an absolute gent. Extremely helpful with regard to restaurants and places to visit in the area during our short stay. The rooms were beautifully furnished, comfy and clean. TV lounge areas were cosy and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay here...

We are happy to help our guests in every way possible. It is a pleasure to live in Wanaka and own a lodge here so that we can share our knowledge and make suggestions on where to eat and what there is to see and do. It is a priority to provide a stay that is as comfortable as possible...

A lovely lodge located in the heart of Wanaka, walking distance from restaurants, the supermarket, cinema and the lake. It's a wonderfully intimate size, with wonderful sitting rooms and 24/7 kitchenette for making coffee and tea. Breakfast in the communal eating area is also a wonderful way to socialize without it being too much. Brekkies were great too ! Cheryl,...

We were fully booked on the date you stayed and it is great to have the buzz at breakfast with all of our guests exchanging their experiences whilst they have been in Wanaka and N.Z. As you noted our bed and breakfast is an easy walking distance of the downtown and lake area which is an added bonus for most....

My husband and I stayed here for night while driving the South Island. The location is great with just a short walk on a quaint path to the main part of town. The room was not large but for a couple on a short stay, it was perfect. When we told them where we planned to drive then next day...

Tucked away behind the Main Esplanade is this lovely B and B. Our room was well appointed and spotless, the balcony had a good view of the mountains. Always a plus...bathrobes and tissues supplied, I e ven found some ear plugs! Not that they were needed as it is a quiet location. There are two lounges and a kitchen where...

We try to provide the services and facilities that our visitors would want, from good quality teas, bath robes and a hot tub for relaxing in at the end of your day. It is a shame that many of our visitors only stay in Wanaka for the one night as there are so many varied, unique and fabulous things to...

Great little hotel, well located near central Wanaka. The rooms are cosy and nice, but nothing to write home about. But the location, the quality of the staff, and the value make it a 5 star. It's just about two blocks from the waterfront and the downtown area. The staff gave us some great recommendations and cooks a great breakfast....

I stayed here for 5 days during the winter and really enjoyed it. Good location with a very nice cooked breakfast that changes everyday. There is a lounge where guests socialise from 6-7pm and enjoy a glass of wine together. Very nice wooden hot tub that you can reserve for 30 minute segments. Guest rooms are small with a balcony...

Te Wanaka Lodge is a relaxing and homely lodge. The owners are very helpful and provide a personal touch. Breakfast is served at a large communal table and it was a great way to meet fellow travellers around wonderful food. The location is perfect with multiple restaurants and bars a short stroll away.
