This is a great place to spend a night or a afternoon in the garden bar, this is a family friendly place, there is lots of room for everyone to enjoy their day in the sun. The bean bags out side are great to relax.

Crown Range Hotel is a Dream if you really want to see and experience an traditionel old NZ Hotel. You feel taken back 150 years and don't need much fantasy see gold diggers and the driver of the Daly wagon to Arrowtown at the bar. Food and service is excellent. Rooms are old like, but clean and cozy. I've been...

The place is great, employees are nice. But the food is really poor. I ordered a garlic loaf, I ended up with a small bite of dry bread, way too salted, with a small cup of butter to die in. Disappointed !

It's a relaxed but well managed place with a lovely garden and happy, helpful staff. The beds were comfortable, the service was quick and cheerful and everything was explained clearly, even the ghost!

So wish we could have stayed another night. Great room, great shower, lovely meal, great garden, fire, bar....I could go on. So good to be away from the noise of Queenstown. Only blip was they switched off the coffee machine before asking if we wanted one.

Some places need very little to create magic, this hotel and his staff is no-nonsense in a great way. You feel in a different surrounding the moment you park your car. You will want to order a great Mac's Three Wolves and just sit in the garden, maybe next to outdoor fire place. And order another one. If heaven looks...

We saw this place advertised in Wanaka and liked the look of it, then drove past or by accident so decided to call in for lunch. And I am so pleased we did! The pub was extremely busy so there was a long wait for food, but it didn't matter as there was a great atmosphere so you could just...

we had a great stay at the cardrona hotel on 11th january 2017 lovely gardens , good room , great staff very helpful, only one problem, the VERY HARD beds.both couples found the beds really hard ,a softer mattress would make such a difference and complete a memorable stay.

Hi there, Thanks for the feedback on your stay, we appreciate it. We have had only positive comments on our mattresses in the past but I understand beds are a very individual thing! I'm glad the other aspects of your stay were enjoyable. Kind regards, Alexis
