How to summarise our experience? Fabulous - the facilities are great, the service exceptional and the location is perfect. We chose the Shangrila for our first overseas family trip and the experience surpassed our expectation. Our arrival: after a long night travelling we arrived at the resort just after 7:30am local time and were greeted by enthusiastic gate staff (Bula!!...

Our family had a fantastic time at this resort. In particular, one of the staff, Mun, went out of his way to provide a very special experience for my family at the Marau Village night. It was my daughter's 6th birthday and he organised for the fire dancers and all the guests to sing her happy birthday and then presented...

We had the best family holiday ever in Shangri-la. Lots of activities for our little one. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is nice, and has lots of choices. The fire dance in Marau village is a must have. The bike ride, the mini golf and lots are enough to keep the kids occupied. Will definitely go...

Overall great place to stay, beach is brilliant for swimming and watersports (catamaran, paddle board, snorkelling). Staff made a big impression on us, especially Mun. He organised pretty much all of our paid entertainment and tours, including the arranged dinners and shows, and the magical Natadola tour, looked after us all the time and always had time to chat during...

I cannot speak more highly of our stay. Unfortunately near the end of our holiday our 18 month old daughter got sick, we called to make an appointment with the doctor and a half hour later a staff member (Dee) knocked on our door with some fresh fruit and to see how she was. Dee recommended that we go to...

We went to Fiji last month for first time and had great experience. All i can say is Fabulous :) One must try buffet breakfast at TAKALI Restaurant within the resort. We were overwhelmed with the hospitality of the staff and specially the staff at Takali - FRANCES JAWESINI. we actually asked her to write down her name for me...

We went as a family with 2 kids (10 & 7) in Aug’ 2015 - Staff is friendly & helpful but do nothing more than expected (and less than normal for a 4 star hotel – we got charged FJD5.40 for a local call for a restaurant booking). The hotel charges you for everything (Sydney prices). The whole resort is...

I thought that it was a fun and great place to go for a holiday. What made the holiday special was the staff Elaine, Tiana and Ana working at the Bilo Bar. Manu in the dinning room. Ace at the pool playing games and our house keeper Silo. The most fun was going to the Bilo Bar every night and...

Very pleasant and relaxed feel to this resort. Great for families. Rooms a little tired but well supplied with towels (sometimes not till the end of the day which was frustrating if wanting to shower children). Plenty of teas, coffees, bathroom toiletries. Long life milk would have been nicer than the Creamer powders they supplied. Staff happy and always obliging.Grounds...
