What should have been a reasonably satisfactory stay was spoiled by inept management. To illustrate we went to the hotel gym with my husband supervising our 16 yo son with his strength training exercises. They were apprehended and were told that the minimum age for gym use is 25 years (seriously?!...) We went to the front desk to try to...

Traveling with a first timer to PR, and having a bit of trouble finding this hotel, it was with great relief that we rolled in the front gates to the Oasis of the Fajardo Inn. The Inn is located high on a hillside and overlooks both the ocean and the mountains. The grounds are impeccable, and in themselves a good...

Horrible! No towels washrags or hand towels for the entire stay. There were ants crawling out of the air conditioner all over the room. The room smelled like a urinal. The air conditioner didnt work well. U had to walk a mile to get a towel for the pool (theyhad pool towels?) But when we got to the big pool...

We have stayed in Fajardo inn for 2 nights. The room was spacious, the bed big, clean. The people working in the inn were very friendly and helpful. The Inn is situated in a nice complex - with a pool and 2 restaurants. Around the complex there is not much. No access to the beach, very close to the Vieques...

We didn't know what to expect and Fajardo Inn exceeded our expectations. The grounds are beautiful - the largest pool is unusually designed and well laid out - fun for all ages. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The fitness center is well equipped and large. The staff are friendly and work hard to meet your needs. The...

I spent 2 nights at this hotel largely due to its proximity to the ferry dock to Culebra. This was a horrible experience said simply. The first room was filthy...bathrooms were not clean and the shower curtain was brown with slime. We then discovered that there was a large stain on the bed (what only looked like blood). We changed...

Fajardo Inn made our 1st 3 days in PR easy and friendly. Staff is very helpful. Sylvia was an excellent server at the Starfish. Food was good at both restaurants. Room was comfy and clean. My only upset is that the pools both close early and the bar at the pool was never open! By early, I mean 7pm. Security...

The Fajardo Inn is a great hotel, it is quiet, clean, very affordable in comparison with other nearby hotels. The hotel has all the amenities. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Its located in a semi residential and semi industrial area of Fajardo. The location is great if you want to close access to the ferry - you...
