The Fajardo has a parrot just outside the office that likes to start talking art 6 a.m. so I would ask for a room not too close to the office and restaurants but yes the main building is the best if you want too be close to everything. This past February we had a room on the pool side and we did not notice that it was noisy. This is because the pool close to the restaurants is more for adults - the pool for kids is down the hill and far enough away that you won't hear it. One of the things we liked about the upper pool is they don't play music through speakers. People can enjoy the natural sounds of birds and the breeze through the palm trees.
