We were staying in Dorado and came down this way to visit El Yunque and do the Bio Bay and stayed one night at the Fajardo Inn. Our room was nicer than appears on their website. We chose a room with a balcony and enjoyed watching the sun rise in the morning from our balcony. Hotel was well kept and...

We came at night after staying in El Yunque. Its a nice hotel with some huge pools. Its slightly dated, rooms were huge. Everything was clean and fine with our stay without any issues. Breakfast was also decent. Parking was widely available and free. Nothing much to see around the hotel, but nice pit stop on the way!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. We enjoyed the pools and the grounds were beautiful! Yummy food at the iguana restaurant and the best pina coladas!! We had breakfast at the starfish and it was also very good! Would definitely stay here again!!

We have stayed here twice. Both times with the intent of taking the Bio Luminescent Bay tour. Unfortunately, the tour was cancelled during our first stay. The hotel is quite nice and very well kept. We always saw people cleaning something, no matter what time of day or night we were in the hallways. The rooms are large compared to...

Based on our check-in experience, we weren't sure if this was a hotel or a jail. Do this. Don't do that. Not a smile to be found. Almost creepy. The "resort" itself consists of several Motel 6-like buildings and good luck finding someone to help with luggage or other such nicety. These barracks unfortunately hide a magnificent, deserted pool and...

DO NOT GO. Worst customer service ever. Do not want to write more. Gets angry. In spite of mistakes from the hotel regarding bookings they gave us the worst location on the backside of the hotel in spite a lot of free rooms. Max 20 guests in the resort. Gave us a better room after a lot of discussions Not...

we were somewhat reluctant to book a ** hotel, but location and description suited us best for our short visit. what a surprise: spacious rooms with everything you need, friendly/helpful staff, good value for your dollars! it's a perfect place to visit nearby Yunque national forest or the Laguna Grande - one of the few bioluminescent bays in the world.

This hotel is very close to the ferry in Farjardo it's just 8mins away! That's very convenient. Prior to getting there I picked the hotel there were 11 of us. Everyone was worried about the hotel since it had 3 stars and the reviews were negative. But we stayed one night. It was extremely clean the staff was great. I'm...

I was in Puerto Rico for the New years 2017. Couldn't get good hotels in a decent price range anywhere in San Juan. So decided to stay in Fajardo which is around 50 min drive from San Juan. Found this hotel Fajardo Inn for a very reasonable price. Here is my genuine feedback on the hotel: 1.) Decent room with...
