You get what you pay for. We weren't expecting to be mesmerized, and this fit the bill. The room was clean, my only complaint was the tiles floors were wet! Obviously because of the humidity, but it made the room a little uncomfortable. The hotel staff was super nice, and the restaurants were delicious! Do the puerto rican one for...

This place is really nice! The pictures online do not do it justice. Trust me, it's better! The place is really big with giant beautiful pools. For a few more dollars we stayed in a honeymoon suite which was clean and spacious with a jacuzzi, kitchenette and balcony with an incredible view of the rain forest mountains and the ocean....

Beautiful pool and grounds. Our room was fabulous but I wish they had room service. I went to the bar to get a few drinks and they said I had to drink my wine from a plastic cup in my room for security reasons... really my husbands beer was in a glass bottle. It is a 10 minute drive to...

I thought the room was nice, the groumds were nice but too remote from any action. I did not like having to sign out for a blowdryer or paying for ice. Seemed too nicle and dimey. Don't like feeling like I can't be trusted. Pool was nice.

Chose this place so we could be closer to the El Yunque. Will not stay or ref anyone there. Staff were not happy, /friendly. We had a coffee maker in the room, no coffee and we had to pay for ice. Two restaurants one always close. (The ambience was blah, )

My expectation for this hotel is low to start with but the reality is even dimmer. The hotel has a damp smell that is unpleasant. The cleanness is all right but the bed is really uncomfortable and the settings of the room reminds me of a motel. Well, we arrived at 8PM and left early in the morning to catch...

This lodging was found on Southwest's listings. It turned out to be a good find near Roosevelt Field that I wanted to see. The property is quite large and is draped over some serious terrain. Lots of up and down if you choose the explore the grounds. Check-in was quick and easy. Likewise check-out. Everything we wanted for a one-night...

The only thing was I had booked online and the next dat Priceline had a cheaper price by $25 so I called the hotel and Mercedes the front desk against I spoke with said she couldn't see the deal...

I travelled with my two male roommates to Puerto Rico and we needed someplace basic that was easy to get to an from we also had a very low budget. I think this hotel met all of our needs! This is for sure not the most fancy resort so if you go in not expecting to be wow'ed then you...

We stayed here for 4 nights, while visiting NE Puerto Rico. While there isn't much in the immediate neighborhood, the location is under an hour's drive from a lot of things to do and see, including El Yunque Forest, the Biobay, and Luquillo beach. The hotel was huge but mostly empty. It had nice pools, the service was great, and...
