This review is given in deep appreciation to Grant and his family for sharing Isla Paridita and to Grant and Alejandro for taking such good care of the 4 of us (2 adults and VERY busy 8 & 10 yr old boys) for 5 fantastic days. We missed you from the time we left Boca Chica and questions about when...

We were looking for a warm, adventurous destination for our family vacation. Coming from Switzerland with a 19 & 20 yr old, we wanted to take a family trip we'd never forget. Isla Paridita exceeded our expectations. Its an amazing Eco-friendly, solar powered, no phone, no internet destination, which allowed us to take a break from it all. Each private...

I think I left my heart on Isla Paridita... will you let me know if you find it? :) We totally fell in love when we stayed on Isla Paridita. This place is the ultimate island adventure beyond any wild expectations. Bird-watching, taking in the awe of the plant life, fishing, snorkeling, hiking, relaxing-- true jungle paradise. Falling asleep to...

the island we stayed for 3-4 days. We met the owner (Grant) at this tiny village on the ocean but in the middle of nowhere which is where he docked his boat (The village was somewhat scary at first but turned out to be nothing to worry about), I think he would also pick you up in David if you...

The views from the bungalows were terrific, the buildings themselves were well done - great look! Meals were insanely good! It was great to go fishing, swim through the hole in the rock, kayak, hike and watch the sunset with a drink in hand!

This is a really unique and special place. 3 things: 1.You have to want to get here as it's a challenge. If you're in Panama City you can rent a car and drive for 7 hours to Boca Chica (good luck with that) before the boat transfer. Or you can fly to David and get a car service to Boca...

My wife and I visited Isla Paridita on our honeymoon in late May 2012. The rainy season was just beginning. It was fairly buggy - something we're told is not a problem outside of the rainy season - and it rained nearly every night. The island is beautiful. We had the beach wholly to ourselves. Snorkeling is available immediately on...

If you have ever fantasized about being on a secluded tropical island, with great food, fun activities, amazing sunsets and long stretches of beach all to yourself this is it! I loved our cabana, clean water, and a very natural setting. Our hosts were awesome! Grant was always available to get our activities (snorkeling, paddle boarding, sea kayak, and fishing)...

Spent some R &R on this small tropical island during the holidays. Would like to have remained forever! -Pristine beaches, clear, warm water with colorful reef fish, play toys (kayaks, paddle boards, powerboat for exploring, fishing…whatever) -Creatively designed, attractive, bungalows made from renewable materials sourced from the island, that had privacy, comfortable beds, relaxing hammocks, ocean breezes and fiery sunset...

Isla Paridita is the perfect getaway for couples with an adventuresome spirit. The property is a study in contrasts. The island is remote and beautiful. It is a mix of Hawaii and Panama. Part Swiss Family Robinson – part Ritz Carlton; Part Club Med - part private resort. There are six or seven different beaches from which to choose. Each...
