Staff ruins everything. This place has everything to be a charming quiet place, but clearly they have no idea of what they are doing. Each bungalow has 4 rooms and share 2 hammocks and 2 sets of 2 chairs and 1 table. Staff took the hammock to replace it and never put it back again. People from other bungalow took... More

This was our 4th time at Arenas Beach and it just keeps getting better and better. It would be difficult to feel more relaxed than we feel here, truly a home away from home. This time we spent 26 nights at Arenas and I cherished every second. From a spectacular beach, wonderful food, great scenery to fantastic people, this place... More

Excellent service and people. Rates are fair, restaurant prices are adequate and food quality is great, do not forget to visit the beach bar (el barco) The beach left me speechless, white sand and turquoise water, simply wonderful! If you want to rest and forget all noises you must visit this hotel. Thanks Enrique for your help and hospitality :)

We arrived at Arenas Beach a little nervous......there had been quite a few reviews about bad service. Traveling with a 17 month year old baby means that counting on good service is very important to us. Therefore, the first part of this review is to say that we all thought the service was very good, and at no point did... More

We were looking forward to staying at this hotel, due to it being on the best beach on the island. We should have stayed elsewhere and just cabbed it to the beach each day. The rooms in the hotel building are a decent size, but very basic and in desperate need of updating. They either face the courtyard or a... More

We decided to stay a night here before going back to the mainland after our trip to Little Corn. The hotel is nice, the beach is excellent and the food at the hotel restaurant is very good. The rooms are a little dark but who cares, you don´t stay in the room during the day.

First time I write a review while still at the hotel. That's because it took 45 minutes just to order our drinks at the dinner table. Service at the restaurant is terrible also compared to central america standards. The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, rooms are basic but clean and with a nice patio outside. Food and drinks... More
