owned by e-land, have cool things about previous Olympics, etc. Didn't except breakfast that was all Korean...but oh well..... You have to wait in looooooong lines if you didn't purchase your room with breakfast included. Lots of kids... they have beautiful scenario, and a pool, but we couldnt use it.

Had a one night's stay here in December. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. Our room was also spacious, with a balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains. The hotel grounds were white with snow but the landscape is nice and very in theme with winter. Would go again someday.

I actually had high expectations prior to staying at this hotel and I wasn’t disappointed. The hotel boast a mini safari, outdoor garden with a maze park, outdoor glamping, indoor facilities for kids, and more. Was rather amazed by all these facilities. Sadly the outdoor pool was not operating when I visited some two weeks ago. The breakfast options were pretty good too.

This is a great place for young children. There is an indoor kids cafe, outdoor play equipment, extensive gardens to run around in, lit up gardens at night, animals to feed, and children eat free if they are Korean age 7 and under (5-6 international age and under). Our child had a great time running around and exploring! Staff were generally pleasant and helpful, and the hotel room was adequate. However, the breakfast was not very good. The scrambled eggs were especially bad. My husband, who usually eats anything, could not finish his eggs. Most of the food was reheated from the breakfast and garden buffet dinner the day before. It would be much better if they had fewer dishes available and focused more on the quality of the food.

This place has it all. Updated rooms, well kept park, fountain, trails, and staff. Only unpleasant experience was that the water was shut off for over an hour. Whatever reason it might've been, it was during bath time for my 19 month old daughter. I was furious because she needed to be rinsed off but couldn't. I ended up buying 12 liters of bottled water at the convenience store and heated some water with the water pot and mixed it with cool water to make it somewhat warm for her in the sink. This hotel was fully booked tonight and i can only imagine how many ticked off customers there were. Especially at 10pm. Besides ending our night very rough, this hotel is decent. I would still recommend this hotel but it would be nice to at least get an apology from the manager instead of not answering their phonea from the front desk
