As we arrived we met the owner and tried to start a conversation - he wasn't interested at all in giving us a tour neither explaining their philosophy of farming. He only told us where to park the scooter without even welcoming us. So we looked around for ourselves.. but during the season we visited the farm (March) there wasn't...

We made a big mistake of booking the organic farm for 2 nights, and one happened to be the new year eve. First of all, the place is 5 Kms away from the city centre. So unless you are absolutely wanting a completely laid back vacation without stepping out of the resort, think twice. We finally managed to reach the...

We stayed two nights and in the middle of the first night I was online looking for somewhere else to stay, the beds were old and uncomfortable and was made with a single sheet on a double bed, the bathroom mirror was splattered with someone else's toothpaste spit, the people were not at all friendly, it was dirty and run...

Wow! the first word I can say is AMAZING! What a cool place! You can find a fresh air here surrounding with all kind of nature, mountain, river, fog... Temperature at other place could be hot but here is cold and you can sleep without air conditioner. Moreover, you can enjoy many kinds of organic food here and what I...

Me and 2 friends are currently travelling South East Asia, and I'll be honest- our standards aren't that high. We had managed to get cheap private rooms up until now but they only offered dorms here. There were only 2 others in the dorm and the girl i spoke to was very nice! Each bed had a mosquito net which...

A pleasant place ran by pleasant and helpful people, Mr T.'s place was recommended to me by Ruth and her beautiful daughters, silk makers in Luang Prabang. You were right Ruth, nice food! I did try the goat cheese, and the mulberry wine!... amongst other things.. Organic coffee, hibiscus drinks, mulberry leaves in omelette and salad, etc. Prices a bit...

The Organic Mulberry Farm has a great deck where the restaurant happens and then a dorm up the hill behind it and other bungalows off along a track. The gardens were in the process of being planted more thickly when I was there. The bathroom is clean and fresh for the dorm, I didn't see any of the other accommodation....

I had lunch with my boyfriend in this very nice organic farm that's also a guesthouse. It's roughly 5km out of Vang Vieng, next to the rafting area. Go there with a tuk tuk or a bike, because it's not in a walking distance. The money they own are partially used for an educational project for the children of the...

I initially wanted to stay here as I thought it would be more quiet and more in the countryside as it is outside of town. However as it was so far outside of town I decided to cross the bridge and I stayed in a small guesthouse behing Maylyn guesthouse surrounded by the countryside. However, I did decide to cycle...

Thanks for leaving a review, even if we were not able to leave a better impression. Our farm is 2,5km away from the bus station, 4km from the city center of Vang Vieng, a tuktuk ride is about 20.000 Kip per person, which is less than most of the drinks sold in town. Many of the surrounding limestone caves are...

Maybe the farm used to be a really nice place based on a great idea. To us it seemed as if the best days of the farm are over. The property is not well maintained, the stuff not really friendly, the rooms poorly cleaned, there is no real garden anymore, but just bushes all over, last but not least: the...
