Better to call or email to book. We went directly without booking and got a super value rate, 40% off online rate. Daryl at reception was very helpful, Thanks! Garden view rooms have amazing vista. Basic but delicious bfast inclusive. Clean enough, pleasant enough for the price. Best thing is the location & unblocked view from their pretty little garden....

The hotel is located on the Mekong river and the views are wonderful. My room was large, very clean , comfortable and quiet. The staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing. Although the price is a little high I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a gem. Our room is much the same as anywhere else you would stay but it is clean, tidy and spacious. One perk - it had a balcony which was nice to sit out reading a novel. Additionally, our room opens to a magnificent river and nearby mountain view. The staff were friendly and the hotel had...

This hotel has the best site in town and has wonderful garden, lovely rooms, pleasant restaurant serving great food and wonderful friendly staff. I can't think of a better hotel I have ever stayed in - we are mid-range in terms of what we are prepared to pay, but we got a great deal as was low season. We stayed...

I may expect a bit more for that amount of money in that country !! And yes, the rooms are a kind of stylish, even a bit romantic with the mosquito net hanging on top of the bed. But, unfortunately it's also true that they are by far too small in that budget !! What we appreciated was the fridge...

I really liked this little guesthouse. It was quiet and had a nice view (especially the restaurant). It is all the way downstream from the rest of the town. RIGHT next to the guesthouse is where you can rent boats (for a tour). The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable--though the room was a little dark....

What a beautiful place but needs urgent attention. Not the the beautiful garden but the rooms. Service was great...from the resident manager (who upgraded us) to the service staff. All fine ! Enjoyed our stay there but urge the owner to invest some money into this great place. Otherwise it's falling apart.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good, rooms are large enough and quiet. It is located in a central area, but away from the backpacker hotels. They have mosquito nets.

This is our last stop in Laos and we were glad we chose this hotel. Couldn't ask for a better location in a hotel. The view is stunning from the terrace. Breakfast was excellent and they have the best coffee! Will recommend to friends and family.
