There's not much wrong with the room apart from the TVs picture was pretty poor! We didn't come to Laos to watch TV, but if you are going to advertise a flat screen TV in every room then at least have a decent picture! This is basically a decent property that is surrounded by new hotels being built on three...

Michael: Firstly, the TV’s poor reception in your room was rectified immediately after receiving your complained, we replaced a new connector and thereafter the picture was fine Secondly, FYI, LAO Government has gazette Vang Vieng to be a prime ECO tourism destination so it is inevitable there are many new & ongoing constructions to service the growing demand Thirdly, roosters...

It was quiet and nice place because it was a little bit far from the main street. The steps were kind as well. Moreover, there were many cute cats and I loved it. But there were some disadvantages that the bathroom was slippery and little moldy, and the bed was too hard for me. FYI, the owner of the small...

Laos Haven is in a great location, walkable to anywhere in town (it's a small town too). The staff was very nice during our stay. The room was spacious and had a working AC unit. The wifi worked very well. The hotel has different balconies with little lounge station on every floor. The pool was nice to lounge on, but...

Great place to stay in Vang Vieng! Lovely, clean rooms and a well maintained hotel. The owners are very friendly and helpful!! They have 3 awesome cats, which totally made my stay!! The location was good... Near lots of restaurants and shops but not too close to the partying. The wifi went down now and then, but a quick reboot...

The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The wifi is honestly the best in Laos, it did cut a few times but the staff always quickly fixed the problem. Small areas of improvement would be the pool area could be cleaner and there is still construction work taking place. Also the cleaning staff could...

Me and my girlfriend have loved it here! It's quite and is located in the perfect spot in vang vang, close to both the nam song river and Main Street! The rooms are clean and the new pool area is beautiful! The best part is how amazing the husband and wife are who manage the hotel they have moved from...

Located away from the river but in quite a central location. Easy to walk around to explore the town. Standard rooms which I stayed in are clean, come with air conditioning and good wifi. I found the bed to be a little hard but I think most places in Laos have harder beds than I'm used to. They have deluxe...

I've stayed here 4 years ago with my best friend. Now I've returned with my fiancee for 3 nights. They've expanded, they bought the chicken coup next door and put in a pool and spa! awesome! The people are super nice, they helped us whenever they could (we had Vietnam visa problems due to Chinese New year) offered to cancel...

This affordable priced hotel is a great deal. We stayed in a room with a king bed and a twin bed, which worked perfectly for our family. The beds were comfy and the AC worked well. We had some issues with the security box but the management was quick and responsive. The bathroom was relatively clean and had no funky...
