What an absolute joy to stay here for a couple of days. In fact I wish it had been more. The accommodation was charming and very comfortable, complete with a lovely big bed. The garden was tranquil, full of furniture to either lounge by the stream or sit and share a bottle of wine and relax. Our delightful host, David,...

Arrived on a lovely summers afternoon. Greeted by David ( owner ) who was finishing off the cleaning of our room. He showed us round... beautiful bedroom but unfortunately bathroom down steep spiral stairs.. not ideal, + we have 2 very small dogs and stairs not really safe for them. We blocked off the stairs with our cases. Downstairs had...

Great stopover. Nice and friendly place in a tiny village in the countryside. The family room is big enough to accomodate a family with two or three kids. The B&B has a nice, green and spacious riverside garden. The breakfast is great and fresh.

Our trip to France during early June was truly memorable. We arrived in the Loire Valley to find floods! We were due to have 2 nights at La Source de Bury but when we drove our hire car to Chambon-sur-Cisse the road was impassable. We sought help at a nearby hotel. They rang David who immediately said he would come...

We had great stop at David's place. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and David was very welcoming. David even took time to give us specific help choosing which chateux we should go see in our limited time. Very highly recommended! I was traveling with my retiree parents.

We stayed here during our roadtrip through France. Booked last minute (the same day) via Booking. Extremely friendly host, he even made reservations for us in a nearby restaurent. Nice room and amazing garden, too bad we didn't had a chance to enjoy the latter due to the bad weather. The only negative thing is that the breakfast was too...

Well appointed, comfortable accommodation in beautiful grounds. Lovely countryside for walks and relaxing, with a great garden to sit and relax in. Our host David was exceptional- helpful, friendly and the best breakfast yoghurt in France! Our children also raved about their stay here, but the variety of accommodation means the property would suit couples or families alike.

We picked La Source due to the previous excellent TA reviews and we were so pleased we did. David is the most wonderful host, super helpful and provides a delicious breakfast with lots of home made elements. Our room (the double) was beautifully decorated, very comfortable with a large bathroom. Adequate off street parking and a large garden complete with...

We stayed with David at La Source de Bury for three nights in May. Our room was charming and very comfortable. We cooked dinner for ourselves on two of the nights; David provided us with everything we needed, including charcoal for the barbeque. It was lovely dining beside the stream in the garden, sipping wine and just enjoying the quiet....
