We spend two days at this hotel in December for the purpose of hiking at the Zion National Park. You really can't get closer to the park than that. It's a few minutes from the entrance which is ideal, for when you head back in need of rest and shower. The hotel room had everything we needed, the view of...

We enjoyed our stay! Good value for what you paid. We wish we can come back and visit the hotel and the town again! One thing we need to mention that if the breakfast would have been delivered on plates instead of takeaway boxes, which could make our breakfast experience better with amazing mountain views!

Cliffrose Lodge is just one property away from the entrance to Zion National Park. If you wanted to walk or bike into the park, this would be a fine spot, especially in the busy season when the park shuttle is the only way around much of the park. The views from the hotel property are beautiful. There are nice balconies...

Cliffrose is a standard hotel complex, with swimming pool, hot tubs, and a conference room. It is less than a mile from the entrance of Zion NP. The views are amazing! The property backs up on a river with cottonwood trees, with red buttes on the far side. There are numerous grilling and sitting areas down by the river. We...

I reviewed this 2 years ago and loved it. I just visited exactly 2 years later and have a different view point. They've made some changes, not sure if they're for the best. The front desk area now has a bar. This sounded fun, the idea of a cocktail or glass of wine after a day of hiking. Unfortunately, it...

After checkin, we walked towards our room to find a deer eating in the little garden right outside our room!! Apparently the deer is a resident and she is not afraid of human. It was a treat for me. We had a 2 queen bedroom. The size and amenities of the room are average. No complaints nor special complements. Breakfast...

Cliffrose is a traditional complex of rooms and suites just outside the Springdale entrance to Zion National Park. The complex has stunning gardens and views, but nothing fancy--it's just a charmingly low-key place with friendly and helpful staff and a decent breakfast. Ask for a room overlooking the Virgin River, which looked more a creek than a river, at least...

Stayed at the Cliffrose Lodge for 2 nights while visiting Zion Canyon. We had a great overall experience here. Initially I was expecting basic accommodations, but after arriving and looking around the property there was much more to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was large enough for my 5 member family, the view from the room...

I was REALLY impressed by the vibe, cleanliness, hospitality and lovely setting here. I will definitely be staying here again. The room though not huge is clean, lovely, comfortable. The staff, in a word, is superb. You can tell a lot by the attitude of the staff at a hotel. From the front desk to housekeeping, every individual I met...

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite in December. Spacious, well kept, clean and relatively new. Nice view from the balcony and one of the bedrooms. The balcony is facing the Virgin river. Free hot breakfast during winter months. Coin operated laundry facility available. The downside: the lobby is really small. Some other properties around the area have a bigger...
