Staying at Under the Eaves really made our trip to Zion! I highly recommend the Garden Cabin because it has a private patio where you can sit out and enjoy the gardens / mountain views after a day of hiking. Though the park was very crowded the week we visited, the gardens at Under the Eaves were a serene retreat...

I visited Zion with my husband and parents last August and this was the PERFECT place to stay. We had the two beautiful rooms in the Garden Cottage, which gave our group some privacy away from the main house. Mark and Joe were amazing hosts - warm, friendly, and full of tips for getting the most out of the park...

Loved staying in cottage #7 at Under the Eaves B&B. We stayed in the private cottage and it was so nice and quiet. I could see the mountains out of the window from our bed. Our hosts were helpful and kind. The breakfast spot, Oscar's, is 2 minutes away and was delicious. It was perfect for a two day stay...

From the moment we arrived we felt totally at home! Our hosts quickly informed us about the place and upon request offered great tips for hiking the next day! They set the tone for our stay in Zion and added a special touch, making us feel part of the 'family'! We used the common living room and our hosts spent...

This a really late review, but I was reminded to write as I was sharing my experience with friends and recommending the b&b to them. I stayed at Under the Eaves on a solo hiking trip and loved it. I generally don't visit places twice, too much world to see, but I'm thinking about booking another long weekend here. The...

Another visit with another couple so stayed at this B&B for the second time. We took the garden rooms which were bigger than our last visit. Not big but big enough. Breakfast is at Oscar's around the corner and excellent. Tea and coffee etc. available any time of the day. The hosts are excellent and really make your stay special.

We reserved the whole place 1988 when we got married in Zion! This was before they had little cabins in the back. Since then we have stayed there many times and have always enjoyed it immensely. It's romantic and fun. Owners have changed and the current owners are wonderful, very accommodating, and have made attractive improvements. I love Under The...

Mark and Joe were the most hospitable hosts! They are able to provide good suggestions to most enjoy your stay in Zion. We stayed in the Garden Cabin in the beautifully landscaped yard. The cabin was very comfortable. The location is convenient to the Springdale shuttle. We did not have to use our car at all during our visit. The...

This was an excellent small hotel (on the lines of a typical British B&B. The hosts were very welcoming, knowledgable and informative about Springdale and the area. The facilities and guest access area is homely with free coffee and hot drinks facilities. Guests can sit in the lounge area and chat if they want to. Our room was small with...

Cute. Friendly staff. Well located near supermarket and cafes. Decent breakfast at nearby cafe. We should have booked a larger room than the basement twin room. A bit claustrophobic. Oh, and synthetic sheets: yuk
