We had site 308 and although it was small and meant more for a small RV rather than a tent site, it suited us just fine. There were two bathrooms close by and they were fairly clean with sinks. I would prefer a tent-only site...More

This is a crowded campground, but there's nothing like staying in the valley and being within close proximity of restaurants/hikes via the shuttle! Bring ear plugs to block out the noise of critters for when you're trying to go to sleep if you're tent camping....More

Hi Pictures of the campsites are part of the page you used to make reservations. Go back to the that website and look. There is also a website called Campsite Photos and one called Yosemite Camp Sites. We can't link... More

Nope. Some folks try for campsites year after year and never get one. Thousands & thousands of people want to camp in Yosemite Valley. Watch for cancellations. Ask for campsite tips on the Yosemite TripAdvisor forum.

Hi I don't know which map you're using. Look at YosemiteCampsites website I can see site 136 on Tenaya Creek (not on the Merced River) and a restroom nearby. You can click on Site 136 to see a photo of the site. If... More
