Arrived to a campsite which was not able to be camped on - over 3 feet of snow. After waiting in line for over 45 minutes to switch sites I was told all sites were taken. Funny with the line of people waiting to check...More
We spent 2 nights in July at this campground. It was clean and decently sized, and we were close to the bathrooms and shower facilities. The showers were clean, and the laundry area was decent sized (we got here early to beat the rush in...More
We loved this campground. We had a great site, with plenty of room to have a campfire, a decent place for a picnic table, and the kids could even set up hammocks with many choices of trees. The reservation comes with two free showers. That...More

Greetings! Yes, the campground loops and main road at Canyon Campground are all paved. The campground is graded with the upper loops, E and F, being higher up in elevation, and the A and B loops being lower in elevation. Having been located at site B50, right off the main campground road, we would regularly see bike riders whizzing down the hill, which was quite entertaining and slightly terrifying! You would be able to access the amphitheater via bicycle from any campsite. Have fun!
