Very Clean and quiet, with lovely garden area. Family run operation that takes pride in their establishment. Great value. However, once in the room, I noticed their cancellation policy was quite severe, probably due to necessity for a small operation. Nothing flashy but would stay again.

Nice owners, nice room, nice flowered courtyard, nice price! We got much more than we hoped for. It is close to town. Offers free wifi. The courtyard is a large grassy area with tables and gorgeous flowers -- almost like a park. The room even had a fridge and coffee maker.

We come to Walla Wall for wine tasting, so don't want to spend a fortune on a hotel room. The Colonial is run by a family that has owned it for many years. They have been helpful, kind and can tell stories about the area! The rooms are clean, quiet and the beds are comfortable. I will definitely stay here...

I dont normally do reviews but the colonial was such good value and in a great location in a lovely little town. The owners are extremely helpful and will guide you to exactly what you want. This is a gem!

1/2 the price minimum of what you could be paying. Slightly East of town, owners are on site and super folks. Well done. This will be our ONLY place to stay when visiting. Was here during the annual cribbage tournament. Nice rooms, comfy and quiet.

Stayed the weekend and will always stay here when in Walla Walla. Great character in a classic motel. Everything well managed. Rooms clean and well stocked with thick towels. Friendly host and beautiful gardens to relax at the end of a busy day. Thanks Colonial Motel.

We normally stay at chain motels with Trip Advisor recommendations. This is not a chain but it is a nice motel with a great and helpful owner. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Our room had a new mattress and we had our best night sleeping here. Small but adequate bathroom. All the other amenities are there except breakfast. There...

I lived in Walla Walla when very young, and remember seeing the Colonial Motel then. For a recent trip back, my brother and I decided to get a reservation there rather than with a chain motel. Room was clean, had air-conditioning (it was 104 during our stay), it was quiet, and the local owners were very friendly. It was also...

The Colonial Motel is east of town on busy E. Isaacs Avenue with services nearby. Its owners live on site, they're friendly and helpful, and the rooms are squeaky clean with lots of nice touches. For example, cotton blankets and white bedspreads like your grandmother's guest room (no standard-issue hotel bedspreads here); GLASS drinking glasses; a porch light; our room...

We really liked this old-fashioned motel. The beds, pillows and linens were all so comfortable, better than the higher-priced hotel we had been in prior to arriving in Walla Walla - loved the real cotton sheets. We had room #2. It was spacious and had the necessary amenities. We recommend it to travelers who want a clean, peaceful place to...
