I LOVE this place! For anyone with an appreciation of antiques and beautiful architecture from earlier time, be sure to check this out. At first, I was a little annoyed by the desk clerk who immediately gave us the sales pitch for a fancier room (suite), but once I saw it, I was really GLAD he did! It was so... More

First let me say that as a retired Boeing Sales & Marketing executive I have stayed in hotels all over the World, from one star to five stars, dinned in some of the best restaurants in the World and have a good since of value. We stayed at MW for two nights. We had an absolutely wonderful experience, The hotel... More

We always love staying in historic hotels if possible and this was one of our favorites! Our perfect weekend getaway started when Jonathan, the front office manager, took over and resolved a problem with dates we had reserved a room for. Not only did he deal with Expedia, but also upgraded us to a lovely suite in the tower and... More

Great location downtown, right off the highway and on the edge if what's happening in downtown Walla Walla. Courteous staff, room upgrade for a nominal increase was a plus. The morning buffet was an unexpected bonus. We're looking forward to the next visit!

This is a lovely historic hotel with a festive feeling. It's right off main street near some great restaurants and tasting rooms, and the hotel itself has a fun bar and restaurant. It feels like a special occasion to stay here! (And the price is very reasonable for the level of quality and service.)

Elegant furnishings in large tower room...Quite. Great walk in shower. Service from check in to check out AAA.. Full well presented breakfast. Comfortable bed. Clean. Very friendly staff and helpful. Referred to 2nd floor museum of 38 paintings about Marcus Whitman - a must to visit. A great "manager's rate" for the Monday night. A great experience you would expect... More

The breakfast spread is the best I've ever had at any hotel. The bacon? !!! We were in room 8002. I slept better than a bear after a tentful of autumnal hikers. The bed was super comfortable, ZERO street noise, virtually no guest noise. The lobby was popular and comfortable. Parking was reasonably good. Location was dead-center in a vibrant... More

This was a lovely hotel. I enjoyed the historic aspect, but comfortable modernist rooms. It is conveniently located to shopping and dining and had good parking. The restaurant breakfast buffet was a feast of goodness and the winery right in the hotel was not only easy and safe access after too much tasting and it was good wine.
