The beach location and easy going atmosphere is perfect for kids and teenagers and families without being a circus like the Sheraton. Pool is small but ok as beach location makes up for it. Restaurants are overpriced and average for the exorbitant cost. The early morning free yoga was the highlight! Great start to the day to do outdoor yoga... More

Stayed from 8. -12 jan13. Very poor service in front beach restaurant area due to insufficient staffing. If you are a disabled customer, do not stay in old wing as miles away from facilities. New tower wing not fully ADA rooms. Very busy hotel and insufficient seating around small pool. I wouldn't stay there again.

I want to start by saying that Pauline our room attendant was brilliant and helpfull, she saved this place for me. The postion of this hotel is absolutely 6 star right on the beach and wonderful views from most rooms id say , my family and i were in the Diamond view part of the hotel, all well and good... More

We stayed at this hotel back in 2006 but I will never forget how amazing it was. We had just flown in from Canada, from a snow boarding trip. We were so tired & it was late but we remember it was such a fairytale type feeling when we got there. The hotel feels very homely but with the beach... More

Westin Moana Surfrider provides you the best of both worlds. It is centrally located to everything you could possibly need. Stores, cafes, restaurants, an aquarium, diamond head just to name a few. If you step out into the street, you will experience the excitement and energy. If you wish to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle, just walk... More

First the great stuff. This is an iconic hotel in THE location on Waikiki. We love the historic wing for its style and sense of occasion. The beach bar is a fantastic place for a drink and watching all that happens on the sand and surf. The daily music really adds to the atmosphere and changes daily so it's always... More

A special hotel in the finest location. Can't be faulted with every feature of the hotel. Service, location, cleanliness, the spa, the food. 100%.It is just quality from the front driveway all the way through to the beachfront. This hotel is expensive in every area but worth it. A real weird and strange occurrence is the masses of people on... More

I have holidayed in Waikiki on a number of occasions over the past 25 years but this was my first stay at the Westin Moana Surfrider. It is a building which I have long admired, one of history and beautiful architecture in an excellent location. I was very much looking forward to the experience of finally staying in this magnificent... More

This beautiful property is very much a resort property. It offers a large selection of dining and entertainment options, and the location, directly on Waikiki Beach, can’t be beat. The staff is professionally trained and educated and it shows. From doormen who greeted us with lei and beads, the front service desk who cheerfully shared with us her preferences in... More

When I arrived, I couldn't find the entrance to their parking garage. I left my suitcases and had to self park at the Princess Kaiulani Hotel's parking a few blocks down. I was greeted with a purple orchid lei. The room I had requested was supposed to have a bath. The room I got faced the street(very noisy) and didn't... More
