Stayed here with my adult daughter in late November 2016, I had visited Honolulu before and knew it was up the quieter end of town which suited us, close to beach, the Zoo, bus stops, shops and cafes. A little worn around the edges and in need of some maintenance and update still very comfortable and staff attentive and made...

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel whilst on honeymoon in the beautiful island of Oahu. For those with special occasions to celebrate, do not expect any 'extras'. At most, you get what you pay for at this place. Buckle up - it's a less than smooth ride... Plus points: - great location, near to Waikiki Beach and...

Service is great, rooms are good for the price. Awesome location within walking distance to everything and very close to the zoo/aquarium. Food was decent and the view is great from the pool deck / restaurant. Couple blocks from the beach/ocean. I've stayed in three separate occasions spaced apart and it feels good to return to a familiar place.

The hotel room as dated but it was clean with enough room. Mini-fridge, safe in the closet, small balcony from the 14th floor with a great view of the mountains. The beds were comfortable enough. I had trouble logging into the wifi but I think it was because we were on the 14th floor. The lobby was large and the...

I booked two rooms for the New Year weekend. The rates were affordable. The location was convenient to Waikiki for the fireworks. Rooms were not cramped. This is an older hotel. I like that the hallways were well lit and wide, even the waiting area for the elevators was spacious unlike newer hotels that feel so cramped. They have free...

This is my home away from home. Love the location, with views of Diamond Head and the beautiful ocean. Every visit, the staff has been consistent with their awesome friendly customer service. From the front desk and housekeeping staff, to the awesome bartenders at the Kulana Terrace, Chuck and Billie. This is the place to stay while in Waikiki.

Could not get internet access. Called the front desk who could not help and connected us to a company to help. They could not help and said the front desk with contact us. So so equipped room there no room in wardrobe to put your clothes in there whatever for price and location can survive. 30 USD hotel parking cost bear in your mind additional charges like hospitality fee of $15 per night and deposit what what. I don't know and room location very loud from the side where my room is located.

I researched many hotels for our stay in Waikiki. We were on Oahu for 12 days and stayed multiple locations. We stayed here for 4 nights, over Christmas. I've travelled throughout the world, and this hotel has had the worst rooms I've ever stayed in within a tourist area.
