You can eat your breakfasts looking out on Waikiki beach, how cool is that. The hotel is much bigger that you think,17 floors in total in two towers, but it doesnt feel like a big hotel. The rooms are comfortable, all you need,no minibar, but that is a good thing as its's not cheap to buy things in the hotel, free safe and hairdryer, and a coffee/tea...

No upgrade this time to oceanfront so got the ocean view as booked. Still good room with view of ocean and overlooking pool. Convenient to the main drag and kids live the beach. Would come back again.

This is a long overdue review of the Outrigger Reef. This wonderful hotel has been our home away from home whenever we come in from our home in Maui or our business in California. For anyone who has not been here in recent years, the renovations completed a while back have made this a truly first class hotel. The entire...

Having just had 9 days on the peaceful Big Island this was a bit of a shock .it was buzzing and very busy .We were persuaded at check in to upgrade to an ocean front room from a ocean view room .certainly did overlook the beach but not very private .The beach is very busy from ealy morning when we...

We ( 2 couples in our 70's) had a great vacation in Honalulu. The first week we spent on 'Prideof America' cruising the Hawaiin Island, which we found faultless; meals, cleanliness, staff and entertainment were all excellent. Our second week was with Outriggers on the Reef. Waikiki, which we loved, the hotel position was perfect, right on the beach, and close...

We arrived here after traveling for 4 weeks & it had everything we needed. They are all friendly & the location was...

Stayed here three nights with my husband and oldest son, choosing it because of its convenient location to the beach, downtown Waikiki, and Diamond Head. Everything, from the lobby, pool, restaurant and our room, appeared to be newly renovated, very clean and very nicely designed/decorated. We had a city view room, but we also were poolside with a view of...

I was in two minds as how to review this hotel. Based on the location, rooms etc it deserves five stars, the only negative would be that the walls are a little thin and you can hear EVERYTHING going on next door if you know what I mean!! We were only here for two nights and had a 1.30pm flight...

Aloha Garrytev, Mahalo for allowing us to host you and for the invaluable feedback; we are glad we were able make up for our lapse in service and we will use your experience as a training tool for team members on the night shift.

This was the first leg of our two-week vacation. The hotel is very nice. The lobby is very attractive and spacious. The room was great as well and we had a decent view of the ocean. The furniture was all new looking. My only complaint on the room was that it has no ceiling fan. The hotel has three restaurants,...

Stay for 5 nights in September. Had requested a king size room but got twin room, however the view and location of the room was well worth the sacrifice! Despite the room being next to the lifts, there was no noise from within the room. Location of hotel was perfect with Lewers street at your door step and the beach...
