It's possible to see all of the major attractions on Oahu without a car via bus tours, private hire, public bus, Uber & Lyft, etc but if you like to travel independently or have specific things you want to see, I would recommend a car. Parking is included as part of the resort fee for some rates at the Prince.

It is nice for honeymooners. It's a ten minutes walk to the famous Duke Kahanamoku lagoon where you can have most of the water activities. There's a lot of restaurant that adjacent to the hotel and there is a shuttle or ride a bus or trolley and dropped at Ala Moana Mall and enjoy the one stop shop of all the high end store as well as renowned restaurants though they have a food court if you're in a budget. I guess all rooms have the ocean view and they have the out doe pool and a hot tub with the cabana where you can have a private dinner.
