We stayed here in October, thinking it would be a nice property being a Hyatt. Although the ocean view room we were given was renovated, the rooms are stark. The bathroom and balcony is tiny, not what one expects from a so called 5 star property. Disappointed to find there was no separate shower, just an overhead shower in the...

Aloha sandandsealovers, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are sorry you were not more pleased with your room or our services. The clean, modern design of the rooms, like Waikiki, do have a different feel than what you will find in our sister property at Kauai or other Hawaiian islands. We do value all the...

My daughter & I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 2 nights in October. We were greeted with a lei at check in and from there we enjoyed every moment. The staff are so friendly and so willing to help with any questions you have. Across the road from the beach, a fantastic location, so close to everything. A special...

I stayed here with my husband for our wedding, it was nice to stay and walk around Waikiki area. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. And this hotel got so many shops inside the hotel so it was very convenient to stay for a week. They even got farmer's market on first floor on every Tuesday & Thursday. All amenity...

Aloha momoyashi, Thank you for the review. We are honored that you selected our hotel for your very special occasion. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. The faucets and more importantly water pressure are being addressed with the remodel. We hope that you will return again possibly for a future anniversary. Mahalo

First night room next to the lift shafts it was like trying to live on an airport tarmac. Duty manager dropped the resort fee. Never stay here again. Takes forever to check in as the line up was so long. What does this property regard as its point of difference? What do they think they offer holiday makers. Rooms are...

Aloha Neil S, We are sorry to read that you were disappointed with your room assignment and services. Many flights and subsequent arrivals from the airport arrive at the same time and while we do try to expedite wait times at check in there can occasionally be lines. We are currently looking at other ways to improve this service and...

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in a newly renovated oceanfront room on the 33rd floor in the Ewa Tower. Everything about our stay was a WOW experience--even the HEATED toilet seat! All employees were welcoming and helpful. The double beds (queen) were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from Waikiki Beach and is near numerous...

From the moment we arrived at the Hyatt we were treated like royality. The wonderful front desk associates upgraded our room view to a high floor full ocean view. They also offered to send up a nice anniversary basket and complimentary bottle of Champagne. Truly extraordinary service! The room was very nice. It overlooked Kalakaua Ave and beyond that the...

I spent 3 nights at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki with my boyfriend and one of our friends, it was a great stay. I was greeted at the front desk promptly by a friendly woman (I'm sorry, I don't remember her name) with lots of aloha. We chose to pay extra to valet park our car because, well, I hate parking...

This property is beautiful and lush. Our room was on the third floor in The Ewa Tower with a partial ocean view of Waikki Beach. The room had two queen sized beds and was very spacious. There was no in-room refrigerator, which I found odd, but the ice machine was near by. The room air conditioner was quiet and made...
