Booked Hyatt did the upgrade to Ocean front room, then a $26 resort charge per night for internet, water and phone calls! What a joke, most hotels give you internet anyway, also bottled water, and who makes calls home with things like Skype etc? Then we checked in only to find renovations going on, where is that on their web...

Located at the quieter end of Waikiki (if there is such a place) directly across the road from Duke Kahanamoku's statue and the beach, from here you have access to almost everywhere and where you can't walk to , catch one of the trollies or the bus. The hotel staff are excellent and more than willing to help, just ask,...

A very pleasant stay. Lovely staff who know how to do tourism/hospitality. Excellent rooms and house keeping. Beautiful and convenient location. Pool facilities nice but tiles very slippery when wet. Breakfast buffet and restaurant delicious. All up The Hyatt Regency Waikiki exceeded our expectations and we were very sorry to leave.

The location is phenomenal. It's right in the center of everything, for better or worse. There are people everywhere. There are tons of shops within the hotel itself, mostly touristy nicknacks. We didn't try the restaurants because I'm gluten free and neither of us are huge seafood/fish eaters. The staff is very helpful and I appreciated the bell staff holding...

This was the perfect place to stay in Waikiki! Across from Waikiki Beach, with stellar views of the ocean, the statue of Duke Kahanamoku, and a location close to all the near 24 hour shopping you can indulge in, as well as roads to all the Island has to offer! We stayed on the 17 floor. Service was impeccable, rooms...

The Hyatt Regency Waikiki is a great blend of business and vacation, perfectly suited for folks like me that live on the road, and are on the road to live. I like the huge rooms, a luxury in Waikiki, and while I think the last couple times the rooms are showing a little bit of wear, the upgraded rooms are...

As I drove out the hotel’s parking garage I was surprised that I felt a sense of relief. As much as I love to travel and know that sometimes things go south, this was the first time I felt relieved that I was leaving. I wondered how I was going to write this review without it going on for pages....
