This review is for my stay from August 25-Sept, 4, 2014. I know I'm a bit late reviewing this but here it is! The hotel is super huge, two towers and lots of construction and renovations going on right now. We read about all this. We entered through the Diamond Head tower, up the escalator and checked in after 12noon...

The hotel staff were very welcoming and bent over backwards to find us suitable accommodation as our preferred room was not available due to the current renovation work going on. Tom at reception did find us a better quality room and it was one of the newly renovated rooms so the furnishings were all top quality. Although we were only...

Good sized room, odd architecture at least when you get off the elevator, but you figure it out. I didn't see it as dated, it's older obviously, but so are most of the places in Waikiki. They had a building boom after statehood and well, they've been making money ever since here. All the large hotels are older, and most...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cary, at the regency club was great and made us feel very welcomed. Also, the renovated rooms are beautiful and very clean. I also thought the flowers and chocolates they left in our room was very sweet. Best hotel in all of my stays here.

We arrived here after flight from Las Vegas and were checked into our room in Ewa tower which was experiencing construction. While our room was spacious, it was extremely noisy. I don't understand why the reception at check in said they would make sure we got a really good room and then put us in that room!!!!!!!!! The construction workers...

We were in one of the newly renovated double rooms. Make sure you ask for these. The hotel itself is dated but our room was well appointed and modern.
