The Surfjack and its staff is a wonderful creation perfectly situated in the Wakiki area. Just a few blocks from the beach and walking distance to most locations. Wears and friends staff that went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Traveling with small children can be a hassle when you stay in 'grown up' places...

We loved our time at the Surfjack and would definitely return. The fit out is super cool and the hotel showcases local artists and collaborators. The customer service is fantastic and the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. We were sad to say goodbye. My Mum, sister and I stayed in 2 bedroom suite which overall was suitable. The...

WOW - this is the coolest hotel! It was our first time visiting Hawaii and were really careful about getting the right experience with our stay. This hotel combines the traditional feel of Waikiki (at least what I've seen in the movies) with a very cool contemporary twist that makes you feel welcomed as an honorary local. The staff were...

Truly amazing hotel, rooms, amenities and staff!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so that we extended our stay by a day. It was such a fresh breath of relief, as we had found your hotel and chosen to stay there only after a (very-late first-night into Hawaii flight) horror one-night stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Centre Resort and...

I stayed at the Surfjack for my friends bachlorette weekend. I booked a three bedroom suite but upon arrival was told there were no available so we got a two bedroom suite and one standard room. We all wanted to stay together so that was disappointing. They didn't even offer an apology for the three bedroom suite not being available...

Ms. Connort47, Please accept our apology for not meeting your expectation of a 3 bedroom. Our 3 bedrooms are comprised of a two bedroom and a one room bungalow but connected and we are sorry that we were not able to make the 3rd connection. It is not in the character of Surfjack Guest Services to give the impression that...

I would definitely stay here again if/when I come back to Honolulu - it is a lovely low rise hotel and really nice atmosphere in the bar restaurant area. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The little shop is also really cute. Free coffee every morning was really good and everything we ate at the restaurant was delicious. All...

We loved our stay at the Surf Jack and can't wait to come back. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the food and drinks were great, and the room was awesome. It felt like a stylish apartment. We loved that the room included a list of the hotel's contributing artists and a mid century self guided tour map.

This is for sure the place to stay in Honolulu! We transferred here from the Aqua Palms which was disappointing and comparable in price. Our first night we shared with Obama who had organised a dinner there--this definitely boded well for the place! What I loved most about this place was the cheeriness, patience and attentiveness of the staff--both at...

Stayed here for 6 days over New Years. This is a new boutique hotel owned by the aqua hotels chain. A special oasis 10 mins stroll from the beach. It has a lovely pool, beautiful lobby and fantastic restaurant in house. In fact, Obama ate there the same night we checked in. The hotel staff are lovely and friendly. Robbie,...

Our stay at the Surfjack and Swim Club Hotel was simply amazing !!! What stood out most, is that from the moment we arrived, every member of the team showed and shared this enormously positive vibe and hospitality just seems to come naturally. Sai, Robbie, Kenny, Khrystal and Benjamin at the front desk are always up for a chat, with...
