We spent a week at the Hilton Lagoon Tower. It is our favorite tower. Close to the ocean and action, beautiful views, lagoon and pool just downstairs. Our “partial ocean” view is quite amazing. Morning views from the balcony show ocean and diamond head behind with beautiful sunset views of surfing and sunset over lagoon and harbor. With such a large campus there is a lot to do - whether shopping, pools, beach or walking Waikiki. The location is very convenient to everything Honolulu has to offer, Ala Moana with a terrific Foodland grocery store is right nearby. We tried many different Waikiki beaches during our stay: surfing at Publix, Kaimana beach, Canoes in front of the Royal Hawaiian, Ala Moana. I highly recommend. The only downside was the washer/dryer was shared and the dryer didn’t dry very well. Also, kitchen had enough but just enough for the bare necessities of cooking. No cookie baking our gourmet cooking - but then again, we are on vacation. The GM of the hotel property Duke is amazing. What a nice respite from our Covid season. …
Wow, absolutely stunning, we visited back in 2018 but I cannot select that far back. But we had a great time! Such a beautiful place and the staff were lovely and friendly! We will be back hopefully soon
With several Hilton hotels all in this complex together it is very busy, however there are SO many shops and dinning areas that you could stay here and not have to venture out far when shopping and dinning is on the agenda
Hawaii has a lovely climate and scenery. However this place does not give value for money. Restaurant food and cost of Hotels is grossly overpriced. If you want a beach holiday seriously consider the smaller pacific Islands or the east coast of Australia. We came here full of excitement but do not see us coming back or recommending to our friends
If you want the downtown, big city, close quarter beach vibe, this place is for you. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. The overall campus is huge, and has a little bit of everything. That being said, booking excursions and spa events is best done on site.
