We rented a private condo studio room at the Ilikai. It was roomy and very well appointed. most rooms have a ocean view of some sort except a small percentage facing onto the street and to the mountains but even these are nice rooms...just without the view.. Our only complaint was the air conditioning that would not drop to a...

clean, good space, great view and balcony (overlooking the lagoon) staff good and the best thing of all, fast efficient elevators. Staff good, good security always guards patrolling the lobby. loved the pool being real deep but closed too early and had too many rules! guess its all for safety and keeping public out that doesn't stay here. have to...

I cannot praise highly enough the early check-in and service from the front desk. Because of this early check-in, and special pricing, I probably accepted a room that I ordinarily would have refused (1724). The view (which I paid extra for) was fantastic and the bed comfortable. Everything else was OLD! The carpet was dirty white shag, the air conditioner...

Hotel : v comfortable. Lobby spacious; good staff. Arranged fun tours through them. Location : excellent. Short walk to Waikiki. Short bus ride to Ala Moana shopping. Transport : Easy access via bus or trolley cars. Fare on buses must be exact, presently $2.50. Fares on trolleys with pink flags give change (other trolleys are private charter). On each block,...

I loved the location of this hotel. Our tours picked up from this hotel or within the block. I was on the 9th floor and had a beautiful view of the ocean and marina. The lanai was a good size with a table and chairs. The room was spacious with a good size kitchen. We stayed here on our timeshare....

Stayed in unit # 2438 for 12 days. Nice and spacious. Air conditioning worked excellently. Nice big room, big bed and a very clean unit. View over the lagoon/ocean was amazing and the view for the fireworks unbelievable!!! Nicely located near the beach with a short walk to most amenities. Hotel staff /front desk staff were super friendly and very...

Stayed in a privately owned unit on the 25th floor. The unit was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The bed was super comfy. Lots of closet space. Kitchen was more than adequate. Nice size shower and plenty of hot water. Beach chairs and towels were great. TV and WiFi worked fine. The elevator...

Perfect location. Close to shopping. Walking distance to the more touristy Waikiki area. The valets are wonderful. The front desk staff attentive and willing to help even with a line of people waiting. My husband and I really enjoyed the pool (pool staff is wonderful, too). The beach was clean and very enjoyable...especially at sunset. I miss Hawaii!!

I have wanted to go to Hawaii since I was a little girl and The Ilikai has always been a part of it. Glad to say it didn`t disappoint. I had a room on the 6th floor at first but asked to go higher and was placed on the 22nd without any fuss or charge. Chester on the front desk...

We stayed in a 2br apartment (1325) for a week through a private rental with the owner. As such we had minimal interaction with the hotel staff, but what we did have was fantastic. The valets and pool attendants are EXCELLENT! It should be criminal to have as much energy as those valets do at 6am! :) Valet parking is...
