I felt that the Hale Koa was a fantastic hotel. I stayed from Dec. 22nd through the 24th. The food at the restaurants was good, the staff was very friendly, the room had an awesome A/C, and the grounds were spotless. It was an enjoyable stay and I would go back!

This hotel was great! We and three other couples traveled here the first week in January. The drinks and snack food were delicious and we loved Biba's Restaurant at night. The service and food was both wonderful. Housekeeping did a great job and the rooms were very nice. We are already planning on another trip back.

Excellent service and staff. One of best locations in city (walk away from best shops, restaurants, park and ocean).Spacious rooms.Very good restaurant and bar.The cleaning staff are highly organized and it surprised me how detail-oriented they were with my belongings, as I had not experienced that at other hotels.

First class hotel with first class amenities! Best value breakfast buffet on Waikiki! Professional, competent staff! Very enjoyable place to stay. Many activities and services available right on the property plus beach location is best on Waikiki.

The Hale Koa feels more like a Hawaiian lodging should feel than any lodgings I have visited in Waikiki, 10 or more. An incredibly well maintained, well designed facility with unparalleled surrounding gardens. The service is excellent and their collective goal is to be exceptional hosts, not to nickel and dime grab like the blood suckers at the Hawaiian Village,...

We stayed at the Hale Koa for a week, beginning 12/26/16. There are 2 towers, our room was in Maile overlooking the adult pool and beach. The grounds are peaceful and lovely, and a nice escape from the busyness of Waikiki/Honolulu. While at the resort, we used the gear rentals, adult pool and hot tub, family pool, restaurants and exchange....

My sister, granddaughter and I stayed at Hale Koa over Thanksgiving. My grandson's high school marching band was in the Waikiki Holiday Parade. We had a great time. Grandson and HS band stayed next door at the Hilton, which I found to be a concrete jungle. Fort DeRussy is absolutely beautiful and the grounds were so fresh and peaceful. The...

We completely enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful hotel. We made reservations in April for our early November vacation. The reservation staffed helped us several times to upgrade our room until we were able to secure an ocean front room in the shorter of the two towers. The view from the 8th floor was amazing - sunset views were spectacular....

Our stay at Hale Koa was amazing! We stayed for 10 days prior to taking the NCL cruise around the islands and then we returned for another week afterward. Our Deluxe Ocean View room on the 10th floor had a huge glass wall that faced out to Waikiki Beach and also a patio door that led to a balcony with...
