A lovely peaceful, beach hotel. Lovely views, great staff, wonderful food, brilliant room. Go out in the outrigger with Josh and swim with the dolphins. While you are here you can relax in beautiful surroundings and not be too far from places of interest.

We were transferred to The Kahala when our original hotel was overbooked. We did not know what to expect since it was last minute. They can transfer us anytime!!!! Everyone was warm and welcoming and did their utmost to assure that our brief and unexpected stay was given as much attention as guests who had been there many times before....

The property is genuine, classic Hawaii. I knew as soon as we pulled up this was a classy hotel with the highest standards. It's private/elite without the stuffy attitude. I loved my room (the robe/linens/space) and there really isn't a bad view! The food was amazing as well. We will return.

We spent 3 nights at the Kahala hotel and were treated like we were Presidents too! Every President since Johnson stayed here, and it's clear why. They treat every guest like royalty. And it's off the beaten path, a few miles away from the congestion of Waikiki and the city. It's off on its own, private and scheduled. The room...

on our second trip here we were just as impressed as before, and after staying at several places on 4 of the Hawaii islands think this is our favorite. Staff are super friendly and helpful, although the one older bell captain seemed disinterested in being in the service business. Rooms are fantastic, good size clean etc. The hotel always feels...

Quiet, charming, great place to relax. The bell and valet staff are the best around, and the front desk is always so welcoming. Worth every penny!! The wifi is amazing at the pool area, and nothing beats watching dolphins frolic in the water. Will return!

We recently stayed at the Kahala for a family holiday, and this was our fourth stay. Standards are still excellent, our room was lovely, check-in efficient, dolphin lagoon and experience fantastic. Awesome breakfast buffet. Great restaurant - Hoku's. We must remember to eat more often in the foyer area where there is often a band / singer, and the food...
