Top floor is the 4th floor.I recently stayed in a DELUXE/don't recall hardwood floors/ this side of the motel had extensive floor work last year.If you can get a room with even numbers;08/10/12 facing the bridge and harbor.Floor 4 had good views of the bridge and THE WAR COLLEGE area. You'll see any large ships coming through. Also lunch fish&chips are great.
