This was the third trip to Newport for my girlfriend and I, and our first time at the Harborside Inn. Our room had a small private balcony and great views across the harbor to Fort Adams. What a great way to get up in the...More
This is a delightful low key hotel. The rooms are interesting!- one suite features a steep ladder to the upper level loft. Definitely nautical feel to that feature.
The dining room for breakfast, open all day, is a quiet place to relax and read looking...More
We had a nice two night stay this past weekend. We were assigned a room with a loft, although I would have preferred one without, simply to have a bit more room with a sofa and table. We didn't use the loft area at all....More
My husband, daughter & I stayed at the Harborside for 3 nights in a pleasant room 17 , which had a loft area that was perfect for my daughter as it allowed her space & privacy as well. The Harborside is a convenient location and...More

Hello, Emily! Yes, we do have availability for a three-night stay on the evenings of June 16, 17, 18. Our two-bedded options are a City View or Water View Suite. In either case, you would have 2 double beds (king or queen) and your own small, private balcony. The beds are in separate sleeping areas on two different levels - one bed on the main level and the other in a sleeping loft. City View Suites are larger, and the loft is accessed by carpeted stairs. In the Water View Suites, the loft is accessed by climbing a wooden ship's ladder. The Harborside does NOT have an elevator, unfortunately, and all our guestrooms are on the second or third floor. We are always happy to help carry luggage up the stairs, of course, if that helps. Please note that parking, continental breakfast, and wifi are included in all rates. If we can answer further questions or take a reservation for you, please don't hesitate to call us directly at 401-846-6600. A direct reservation is always best, because we can make sure you get exactly the right room for you! We hope to welcome you to Newport in June!
