The Harborside Inn exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff could not have been more efficient or helpful. Upon arrival, they gave us a map of the area and highlighted all the places we told them we were interested in seeing. We had requested...More
Stayed at Harborsode with my husband for a mid-week trip. We couldn't have been happier. The location on the water was perfect and so close to restaurants, shops, etc. I highly recommend getting a room with a balcony to enjoy some time relaxing overlooking the...More

We stayed in Newport for a long weekend, and stayed at the Harborside. We stayed in Room 15, which has the best view of the harbor, albeit a little blocked by the North 41 Hotel. The room was small but well appointed and clean. There...More

Hello, Emily! Yes, we do have availability for a three-night stay on the evenings of June 16, 17, 18. Our two-bedded options are a City View or Water View Suite. In either case, you would have 2 double beds (king or queen) and your own small, private balcony. The beds are in separate sleeping areas on two different levels - one bed on the main level and the other in a sleeping loft. City View Suites are larger, and the loft is accessed by carpeted stairs. In the Water View Suites, the loft is accessed by climbing a wooden ship's ladder. The Harborside does NOT have an elevator, unfortunately, and all our guestrooms are on the second or third floor. We are always happy to help carry luggage up the stairs, of course, if that helps. Please note that parking, continental breakfast, and wifi are included in all rates. If we can answer further questions or take a reservation for you, please don't hesitate to call us directly at 401-846-6600. A direct reservation is always best, because we can make sure you get exactly the right room for you! We hope to welcome you to Newport in June!
