I was not that bad. Most days in have continental breakfast. Other wise everything was pretty good.

The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was adequate, but they double-billed me, sending my account into the red. I called and they said they thought it would fixed in a couple of days. I called my card company and they removed the charge. The hotel staff were nice. But I won't go there again.

Stay there because of the pool/spa. It was under construction. Walls are paper-thin, the drunks next door sounded like they were in our room. Service was the only good thing about the stay. Nice people but they can't make up for the condition of the place. Spend your money elsewhere.

We arrived early Saturday and were told after checkin that the pool was under renovation and that it would be unavailable until April. The room we were given smelled like smoke, and they do NOT provide a breakfast, only a discounted 7.00 meal from the restaurant located next to the hotel.

We are here every week on business , and are treated like family. We see mainly one employee ,Mariam , she takes care of everything . Always with a...

The pool was out of service so that was a bummer. The hallways are old and kind of smelled, not sure if that was because if the maintenance. Light bulb was out in the bathroom very dim. Staff was very friendly which was a plus. Was expecting more for a 4 star hotel.

I booked this hotel because my family stays there often. The website for the hotel said it has a pool and hot tub and sauna. I've see all and think they are great. However, upon arrival and getting settled in I found that the pool area was being renovated. The room still had a sign for the pool so I...

This was a nice hotel at one time. It needs some updating now. Happy to say it was clean enough and the staff was nice. I had to wait at the desk while some age 60+ bikers checked in. In the morning the elevator wouldn't work and I had to take the stairs. The guests were very nice and one...

The staff and facilities were great, but the people on the floor above us and the people next door sounded like they were in the room with us.
