First let me say that my family and I have been staying at Embassy Suites all across the country for nearly 25 years and this location does not pass the test for the quality and service one would expect from Embassy Suites. This location should be listed as Embarrassing to the chain. First the bar area/lounge was not open nor...

A great hotel approximately 90 minutes drive from the Grand Canyon. With a free evening reception, this is great value and the barman provided useful information as to where to eat. Last time I visited the area, I stayed within the Grand Canyon National Park, however the choice of restaurants in the Park is limited. However the Flagstaff area has...

Just left hotel after speaking with Chris the manager. The hotel room had stained furniture, cracked and missing grout on bathroom floor, unclean toilet area and floor corners that needed a cleaning. I would have left after initial sign in but I had prepaid with AAA. During complimentary breakfast there were folks with out shoes wanting in line for food....

I had a great experience at this hotel when I was in Flagstaff for a short work engagement. Rooms, breakfast, and staff were all great - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located right near the NAU campus and downtown area.

Our car was vndalized in the Embassy Suite parking lot. The hotel does not have security camaras in the parking lot so there is no way to verify the incident. Even after filing a police report, we are still having to deal with the car rental company. As a result our vacation ended poorly.

This was a central location for our trip to Arizona. We planned to visit the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Phoenix. It ended up exceeding our expectations. We had a 1 bedroom king suite with a separate bedroom and a sitting room. Nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. This hotel was adequate. It has suites, but they are small. The bedroom area was really tight and the only way to turn on a light was to walk into the room to the bedside lamps.
